Eh, what happened to the first movie? Is this a sequel or what?

EDIT:

Sauru posted this on the Iron Man thread, I didn't believe it at first. Could be a promotion for Iron Man, since the two movies will be released in May.

It's not a sequel, Lean. The first Hulk movie with Eric Bana sucked big time so they're doing another one that hopefully is more acclaimed.

it IS sort of a sequel, they're not doing the origin story again, i've read norton hulks out within the first 3 minutes of the film, but apparently the tone of the movie will be much different than the first one, more of the "hulk smash" type...

though the boringness of the trailer would not suggest that.

I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one completely underwhelmed by that boring sack of a trailer.

I seriously thought Norton was working out the entire time to get his physique up to American History X standards, but he's still at his same size while his alter ego is an unrecognizable CGI monster. Ah well, I do like the Matrix-like showdown at the end of the trailer.

Why should he do that? Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Bruce Banner a scientist or something like that? He doesn't need to be muscular, he's just normal. Until he gets angry, of course.

The thing here is that, among the other Marvel live action films, you don't get to see Hulk in his "live" form. He's always CG.

he needs to be cg really, otherwise you get a watered down pathetic looking hulk, kinda like how the juggernaut looked in xmen 3. what they do need to do though is make a GOOD cg version of the hulk and not that walking pile of jello from the first movie

Banner is a skinny geek.

Downey will be back as Tony Starks, no Iron Man armor though.

The eff...Tried to view the other Hulk "trailer" links in youtube but instead it was a Rick Astley video. What the heck is with the recent "popularity" of Rick Astley again? He's like the new Chuck Norris.

Seems that Norton is also writer and producer of the new Hulk movie. If it fails again, he's partly to blame.

LOL @ rick ass-ley...

Anyway....the new playdough looking hulk makes big green sad. I smash movie theatre if they fuck up my hero again

I'd pay to see Yohance smash a theatre; has to be better than the first movie....

1:16 of the trailer Jackal posted, the Hulk has bangs. Since when did the Hulk become emo.

Tue May 06, 2008 12:38 pm

i demand the hulk face other marvel characters, like wolverine. hulk vs wolverine movie would be kick ass, i have liked almost all of thier comics together.

Watch the trailer that jackal posted. It is indeed a bad-ass. After watching Iron Man this might convince me to watch another Marvel(if it is Marvel) comic related movie.
