IE 6 does this too. :P

Yeah we weren't saying that IE6 didn't have it. Andrew just didn't think they had these menus. We were just explaining how to show them.

Yes Qballer, if you read most of the posts you would understand why I said that. :P

I'm back to IE 6 again. I think I'll wait for them to fix the bugs in 7 before I go through that again. :|

I can't stand having 4-5 browser windows open. The tabs feature is one of the best things to happen to web browsers, imo. Sure, it cuts a bit into screen space, but it's so frigging messy and crowded in the taskbar when I have other programs running other than an internet browser. I usually have 3-5 tabs open and with the feature of click-and-drag tabs, it's easy to organize. You can't do that with the taskbar.

Exactly my thoughts... Firefox is the best browser but it uses a shit load of memory so Opera is my choice.

I actually dont think IE7 is all too bad. The only reason I havent switched is because I already have all my bookmarks and crap in firefox.

Too easy. (Y) The rest of the layout could be better though, I'm not a huge fan of the position of all the buttons compared to IE6's layout.

Does anyone know which Browser uses up the least Downloads, cause it seems our old IE6 was using up a shit load, is IE7 any better?

Sat Jan 27, 2007 6:44 pm

How do you use up a download? Do you mean memory or something?

Download Limit, When i was using IE 6, just browsing sites without downloading files or anything, our download usage was high as!

Mon Jan 29, 2007 12:00 am

I don't think the browser you're using matters in that situation, it depends on the sites you visit.

Am I glad I never had to deal with download limits. Really.

Mon Jan 29, 2007 7:31 am

it must be some sort of bandwidth control from either you ISP or the sites you're visiting. Must be an Australian thing because I've never heard of ISPs limiting bandwidth here.

Mon Jan 29, 2007 9:24 pm

We're way behind in Australia as far as Internet service is concerned, mainly because Telstra isn't in too big a rush to make the necessary upgrades to the lines and exchanges outside the CBD in the major cities.

If you're using FireFox or Opera. Alternatively you can do CTRL + T.
