I want to major in business/management and become a marketer, investment banker, sports agent, management consultant, accountant or a investment banker. I'm trying to narrow that list down a little bit

marketer - you'll obviously need to do marketing. Don't know about the difficulty level but if you don't like assignments don't do it.

investment banker - need finance.....fairly challenging, but it's actually interesting. You'll need to put some work into it during semester, can't pass by cramming. Basic algebra needed.

Management consultant - i assume you'd need a management degree. Management is fun, i did the core unit. It's piss easy, you can pass exams with a nights study but the drawback is shitty assignments.

Accountant - ahh, the suicidal profession :| Yeah that's what i'm doing (alongside Finance). It's fairly simple. You need the most basic of maths. It's about 50/50 theory/practical (depending where you go). Assignments aren't too bad. Long (can't be done overnight) but straight forward.

The bonus is these courses are generally 50/50 male-female....unlikes engineering which is a sausage fest.

Thanks for the input on those, I plan on getting a business law degree after graduating from college so I'll be around 25-26 after all that is done. I'm going to try and find some intermships that I can do next summer before going off to college that have to do with some of these majors so I can kind of get a feel of it.

It did for my brother at least who went to UWM. To the Wade thing i saw him play tons of times for Marquette but never had the pleasure of meeting him. My brother knows tons of players for UWM though. And to R.J. i dont know a lot of people that work harder than me at school. I go to a very good high school and have good grades and the race thing for me is negligibale.

^^No worries. I know you need to work really hard, and it will pay off in the end for you I hope. (Y)
