It's not competition. Mikki is doing the NLSC a service, it keeps the Pinoy flood in that forum and away from the NLSC.

Congratulations on being the webmaster for 5 years and also your work with NBA Live since 97... the post was a great insight into your work with the game and was very enlightening. I admire your dedication to it. And nor did I know how involved you were with it. Congratualtions.

Speaking of the Community Day, it was very flattering when some of the producers complimented me on the NLSC and said how much they liked the website and how useful they found it as a link to the NBA Live fans. It was very cool to hear them mention some of the recent topics in the NBA Live 07 and Wishlist sections by name.

Congrats . You're the best administrator I have ever met and have put together a team of mods that runs this forum to perfection. I've always seen you as a conservative guy, but considering that you dictate the policy of this place and how liberal it is, I changed my mind. Swearing is actually allowed! It trully is a community in its purest sense, where everyone feels like a part of a big family. I love this place and I hope that it will be kept like this for many years to come (with less retards, though).

I became a frequent visitor, downloading the latest roster updates as well as the retro season patches and anything else I could get my hands on.

First of all, congrats of course . Secondly, considering back in the day, it was all dial-up, how long did downloading a patch take ?

Depends on the size of the patch really. There weren't really many graphics updates for the earlier games nor any big mods like Euroleague/Street so there were no 30 MB updates.
