Terrible Humor: GloveGuy's Complaint

I probably should take some of the blame for this. I set such an example for the young posters that they are just trying to idolize my humor. What they don't understand is I'm on a level no mortal can conquer. Sure, it's lonely up here by myself but I deal with it. Thanks for asking.

If you don't find a "hilarious" post that funny Gloveguy, just ignore it. I do get your point, but I think the problem is not the attempts at humour themselves but the posts that follow after it with comments about the joke merely reduced to a "LOL, , that's funny, etc." that disrupts the discussion completely.
An attempt at humour here and there isn't that bad as there are posters like Nick or Yohance who are ready to criticize such attempts. The problem imo basically goes back to the replies.

Everyone has a different sense of humor, and better people be telling bad jokes than telling eachother to f**k off.

And as far as my Mikan comment, it was a serious comment, not a joke. People on the forums love to make the Jordan comparisons, but we might have more fun if we tried to compare other players...
