Old School Fool don't worry you didn't hurt my fellings. But I don't think it will come to that, because he is a figher and he's getting better.I don't mean a big improvent but he is getting better everyday step by step. There are a lot more worser cases than my brothers.Trust me I saw a lot of kids with worser health then his.But you wont belive this he is very social,he can talk very vell and thats a really rare case.I mean when he is with somebody, that is not he's family he always says that there is not wrong with him and I'm really suprised about this he only screams inside our home, when he is outside he could be there for hours and hours and that shows that he is a fighter.

I've had a few I guess, the first one was riding around on the grass without holding onto the handlebars, the bars suddenly turnt and the bike went down. As it went down one of the handlebars got stuck in the ground, and I landed on top of it so it was kinda like being impaled. Fractured a bunch of ribs, I was bruised for ages.

The first fight I ever got into was pretty intense... I was petrified, I'd never been in any fights and being from a country town fighting 1 guy means fighting his 9 or 10 friends aswell. So he comes upto me and starts doing the typical pushing back and forth thing kids do, only as soon as he pushed me I punched him in the face 4 times  he went down like a sack of shit and all of his friends crowded around him like "IM CALLING THE FUCKING COPS LOOK AT WHAT YOU DID TO HIM".

The most recent time would've been a few months back... I was on the bus with my gf, she got off at her stop... it was dark, and as soon as she got off this creepy looking guy basically jumped to the other side of the bus and started staring at her. Then he starts frantically pushing the button for the bus to stop while still looking. At that moment I pretty much decided I was going to beat the fuck out of him and throw him under the bus  so I went and sat behind him waiting to get off with him, but the bus didn't stop and he stayed on. Bit of an adrenaline rush.

Most intense moment? Other than in the bathroom...

I'd probably say competing at the Track and Field Championships and helping to bring my high school back to glory. Competition was fierce and I was National Junior Representative so people were out to get me. Contribute some valuable points even though I didnt win overall, this other rep beat me out. It was like a battleground out there. Btw I specialized in discus. Lots of hype locally around the even so it was alot of pressure in front of thousands of people. Our school had alot of history behind us also. It was fun.

back when i used to get myself into a lot of trouble i got into a fight with this thug kid and was kickin his ass when he reached his pocket n pulled out a knife. he had it right up against my neck for like 30 seconds but it seemed like it was an hour. i decided to make a move n knocked it right out of his hand (thank god. if i had missed he woulda stabbed me) then a knocked him out wit a couple more punches.

I had EXACTLY the same thing, no real damage (didn't hit any important parts) except a 2 inch mark on my hand. I wouldn't call it one of my most intense moments though..

There's some sad stories in here, specially Steve's. Sorry for you man.

Mine would be a lot less serious, but my dad suffers from a couple different kind of headaches, don't really know the names in english.
But sometimes when he has one, I see and hear him crying in his bedroom and that's fucked up. Cause like most of your dads, they're giving the example to their kids of how to be strong in life and try not to cry except for stuff like funerals.
You try not to hear it but you can't and there's nothing you can do for him either.

Probably migranes, like what Steve Francis had a couple years ago when he was in Houston.

So your brother is paralyzed yet he screams out in pain at night...? :?

I don't mean paralyzed in that way.He can't walk on his own so he uses a wheelchair. He can move his arms and legs he just doesn't walk, because of birth complications.

Definately some pretty sad stories in this thread - I've got one that happened to me pretty recently:

It all happened the evening before Mother's Day last year - we, my family and friends, were having a good time as usual drinking and whatnot. The day goes by and finally everyone leaves so I jump on the computer and surf the 'net. The whole time I was doing this, though I hadn't realized it at the time, my mom had been out driving because apparently her and my dad got into an agrument.

Anyway, she gets home around midnight and we say our goodnights and she headed for her room.A few moments later I hear my mom scream "CALL 9-1-1, HURRY!" and immediately I jumped up out of my seat and headed for my neighbors house to get a phone (we didn't have one at the time). After I banged on the door for a good minute he finally answered and I told him to call 9-1-1 and send them to my place.

I, not knowing how bad the situation was, ran back home to see what had happened and my mom told me that he had attempted suicide and left a suicide note lying next to him in their bed. Tears then swept down my face - I was in total shock and I didn't know what could've caused him to want to do something like that. The paramedics came and we, the family, headed off to the hospital to be at his side. We played the waiting game.

After about an hour or two, the doctor came out and assured us that he would be alright and that he had taken 100s of different pills but, thanks to excessive amounts of alcohol, he puked most of them up before going inside to goto bed. They flushed his stomach and now he's doing much better. He has quit drinking for about four or five months now and things between him and my mom are looking up.

That's some serious stuff round here. :(

I almost feel a bit ridiculous, but the most intense moment of my life was when I got my first girlfriend. I had been in love with the girl for 5 years, but always been too shy to act on it. So there we are, it is a beautiful sunset in spring, sitting on a bench before an old church, and I just know it's gonna happen. I realise she closes her eyes and leans over to me, then it hits me like a 16-ton anvil: all the muscles in my face start twitching, my upper lip is mouthing stuff but nothing comes out. I get incredibly hot and have to lean back for a second. The girl asks me if everything's ok and if I need to be alone for a while. Still twitching(must've looked so strange, god...), I tell her that's the last thing I want now.

I regained my senses just after she calmed me with oooh, what a kiss. Damn. :D

Well, we were a couple for 3 1/2 years. Then, she also became the reason for the saddest moment of my life. :|
Yesterday, I met her again after another 3 years. Strange how she will always have a special part in my life even after she broke me so bad.

My daddy once came into my room late one night, woke me up and touched me down thurrr. That was the most incest moment of my life.

Nah. I don't know, i can't really think of one on the spot. I've had a lot of intense domestic things early in my life. Having to rescue my mate from getting bashed by three 20 year olds is the most recent intense thing i can remember. That was scary. Around nov last year or something. We were on schoolies, and the cliche thing of locals fucking with the high school kids happened. They were all on speed or something, my mate was wasted, we were on our way home from the pub, but i had to make him turn around and head back to the pub because i saw these guys coming (i knew they were trouble because they got kicked out of that pub early that night for starting fights (on of the guys bit someone :?)). Anyway we were walking pretty fast, but they started running, so we were like fuck. My mate started walking in another direction towards the beach for some reason. Must've been a hiding instinct or something. The guys caught up to him, and my mate tried to reason with them by yelling  Anyway one guy just jumped on him and pushed him to the ground and was on top of him. Then his mate jumped on top and smacked him right in the face. I still remember how loud the snap was. Now we don't really ever get into fights or situations like this, so that moment was pretty scary. I just thought they were going to kill him. I was pretty helpless, didn't know what to do, but i was starting to sober up so i was in a decent state to atleast help. I ran at the guy on top of my mate, jabbed him in the ribs which made him fall off my friend, then i grabbed the other dude by the back of the jumper and threw him away, then pulled my friend up and held him by the shirt forcing him to run. He was trying to go back lol and fight them. I was like 'dude, swallow your pride and run'. So yeah we ran back to the pub and everything was okay, apart from my mate's ripped t-shirt (hey, it was a new t-shirt! :o) and a bit of blood and bruises.

Later on they came back with baseball bats and golfclubs, lol, i think they were waiting for us or someone else. But we managed to befried this 25 yr old and 30 yr old, and one had a blade and another had a metal pipe thingy (not sure what that was). And they went and beat the fuck out of them for us. :D that was a great moment.

Anyway i just rambled on, but yeah, pretty intense for me.

Yeah well people have been through worse, I know a girl thats been raped by her whole family, another guy whose seen his mother killed in front of him and well terrible terrible moments happen everyday to people. You just have to learn to live through it, I'm not in a bad neighbourhood myself but you don't have to go the distance to step into areas where you have to look behind your shoulder every step you take or can't walk through cause of your color and yes their are places white people can't walk through without getting robbed or hussled its not just for the people of color although hoods of that nature are very rare.

Couple of years ago now. Was driving my mate home in his car because i didnt have one at the time and he was wasted. Was raining and really foggy. I thought i knew the road fairly well but I was wrong. Missed a stop sign went straight through and hit a pole on the other side of the road. Scariest moment in my life. Friend has blood covering his face. I thought I was alright until I looked down at my jumper (which was white) and realised it was covered in blood. Car was written off. My friend and I recovered from a couple of broken bones and bruises etc. But that was definetly the intense moment of my short life.

Another time was when I was only about 13. My mum was driving me home from somewhere (probably bball training) when she decided to go into the shop to get something. I decided to stay in the car. After she had been in there for awhile I decided to go in and look to see what was taking her so long. As I walk in a guy has a knife to my mums neck wanting her money and the money from the register. I froze for what seemed like 10 mins but was probably more like 10 seconds. Went to the shop next store and got them to call the cops. The guy was caught no longer than 20 minutes later. No physical harm was done to my mum or the young girl on the register.

Last one was when I was walking to the train station after being at my GF's a about 4 or so years ago ( before i had my drivers licence). She lived in Corinda which borders at couple of bad neighbourhoods. The closest station she lived next to was in one of these neighbourhoods. Was about midnightish.. walking through the park because I was afraid of missing the last train when about 10 or so guys about my age (16 at the time) started approaching me. My heart started pounding, I knew something was gonna happen. They came up to me and just asked me for my wallet etc. I said no wasnt gonna give it up. They then tried to jump me. Couple got a few good hits in and I got a couple back and just bolted off. I knew I would be quicker than them as I was state runner back then (how things change). Made it to the station just as the train pulled up and hopped on with them still running to the station :D doors closed up as they were running up the stairs to get on.. very lucky
