I think a lot of the problems our generation is facing is because parents no longer feel obligated to parent. If you think about it, many kids now have parents from the hippie generation.. how can we expect them to be discipline?

My cousin had a kid at 17, and now her mom is taking care of it. She doesnt do anything for the child, she just had it and let her mom take care of it. What kind of message does that send? Oh, it's ok to have illegitimate children, your parents can raise them for you. I know so many people at school who are pregnant it's sickening. People consider it worse to be fat than to be pregnant. My cousin refused to take birth control (why should she need it in the first place? she's only 17) because it would make her fat. How stupid is that? 9 months of pregnancy put three times the weight on her the birth control did.

Conservative side of me coming out..... we really need stricter law enforcement. No juvenile hall, no special exemptions for teenagers. If you're 13 or over, your crime should be handled exactly like that of an adult. Instill a little fear in them and maybe the crime wont occur.

Dude, regardless, codoms aren't 100% effective. Meh, there's no such thing as "safe" sex. Even if you are protected, that don't stop you from catching STDs. Not to mention you can give and get them from receiving head.

Well that's why the "teachers" that do sex education here let us know that you have to wear a condom during oral sex.

What planet have you been on? Like TBD said, condoms are not 100% effective, and it could come off, or something unexpected...

no, double and triple layering them still isn't a guarntee.

Condoms.

Putting one two or more condoms decreases the effectiveness of them actually, since it creates more friction.
