I don't usually save them. They mostly tend to be the same thing. Threats, insults, or trying to put the blame back on us. Apparently asking people to abide by rules and getting more forceful as the warnings and requests are ignored is "rude".

Isn't it in the ban list? He was banned twice, both times came back flaming. After the last few guys I'm not going to hand out any more second/third chances.

Some people are apologetic for their actions and are polite about it but since most people are banned because they've broken the rules and displayed an abrasive personality they tend to "appeal" in the same manner.
