You & Jona talking in Chilean is basically the only Spanish I've seen on these forums, it's different from the Curacao Spanish (from Novela's) I'm used to, but it's close enough.

Anyways, I think your NLSC history was more intruiging than your shoutouts, so no, I didn't just skip those to read the shoutouts. I share your fear (actually it was more because of lack of knowledge, I had no idea what a forum was before I signed up for the NLSC) of joining the forum. Alas, as soon as I did, it was a whole new world.

Really gotta stop sometimes & just gawk in amazement at how close this community is, other forums don't even come near to this. Then again, I must just be saying that since I've been here for awhile.

Anyways, I'm both glad and sad you've decided to take the path I've frequently trodded on, semi retirement. Glad given it'll benifit you in your school work & you'll be able to better Chile (and earn lots of dough so I can come stay at your fancy condo or something) but at the same time sad given you won't be around to post as much.
No worries though, I'll be doing my annual retirement soon enough, as soon as crunchtime for school hits, I seem to retire.

Thanks for sharing the story of how you came to be with us, I myself found the NLSC way back in the day searching for NBA Live 96 stuff (and yes, I almost typed NBA Live 06 then out of habit) on Altavista since that was my search engine of choice back then.

Anyway, glad you found us because you've been a great person to have around the forums and hope you'll continue to be the other half of the time you're in semi-retirement. Thanks also for the shoutout and kind words, drop by and join those of us who can't escape anytime.
