It's looking great and I really wish I had NCAA MM too, but I'm in fucking Europe.

I'm the same

can anyone send me a copy & mod my ps2 at same time
did you edit all of your team's players' names? I would have probably done the majority of the NCAA's before I started, but that's just me
glad to hear Steven Smith is going well, I probably would have run 2 dynasties, one with Aaron Bruce & Baylor....the other with someone in a big conference, maybe a Boston College in ACC, or a Miami (Fl), or maybe even a bigger school....

aye about the naming, and damn that takes foreveeeerrr!! I tried it one time and it didn't go to well. First you gotta look up the name of the players and then it takes along time to put all the teams in

Game Recap
Without Steven Smith, La Salle is not the same team. They couldn't work the offense without him. In a game that was close in the first half, became a disaster in the second as La Salle gave up way to many points. The defensive presence of Smith would've helped, and probably would have helped La Salle win this game.

1. Jermaine Thomas hits a J
2. Jeremy Fears scores, plus one
3. St. John drives to the basket
4. A big rebound from Jeremy Fears
5. Lewis Fadipe with authority

LaSalle is nothing without Smith....if I was you I would rename all the teams in your conference & some of the bigger schools, maybe top 25....or maybe just the name player or the starting lineups for the top 25

Game Recap
A total blowout, Memphis was too much for La Salle. The Explorers were clearly not ready for this type of competition. Steven Smith was still out with his injury, and will be probable for the game versus Minnesota. Memphis also shot a great amount of free throws, 24.
Game Photos
1. Clyde Wade shoots and gets fouled
2. Wade also hustles for the ball
3. Washington gets called for the foul
4. Narmbaye dunks it
5. Shawne Williams blocks Thomas

it was very realistic to see you blown out by Memphis

Man I wish I could get this game. I'd probably spend like an entire day doing the rosters.

La Salle Signs first recruit
Today the Explorers signed their first recruit, Leon Gibbons. He is from New Berlin, Wisconsin. Gibbons is also a 3 star Power Forward that could fill in the role of Steven Smith next year. Even though he is no Smith, he could still make an impact. Leon is 6'10 and weighs 225 pounds. He can shoot the three a little bit and is an exceptional rebounder.

our support comes from envy, my PS2 seems very vacant without MM06, they don't sell it over here....I'd probably quit my Live '06 dynasty & do MM '06 one instead
Sun Mar 12, 2006 5:35 pm
I think 50% of me is reading this just to see what other features are in the game

I'm insanely jealous of the recruiting. Awell, at least I've got Fast Break College Basketball to go back on... even though NONE of the players are real.
Keep this up, it's cool
Sun Mar 12, 2006 5:53 pm
fast brea college basketball?
and i just realized this got moved to other games lol
Sun Mar 12, 2006 7:23 pm
hmm....maybe I should buy this game over the net & get my ps2 modded
Sun Mar 12, 2006 7:38 pm
Fast Break College Basketball is like Season Ticket Basketball/Fast Break Basketball, only better and brilliantly in depth. I just found a roster file from last season, so I've started a dynasty with Utah and Bogut

he's averaging 23/12 in 3 games.
Edit:
We lost though
Anyways I'll stop spamming your thread now.

I signed up for ebay & paypal & I was within seconds of buying this game, but I thought I better check a review & it said dynasty mode was still a bit 'broken' & it was released back in October....I was in the bloody US in December, why the heck did I not just grab the game then

so I didn't buy the game, maybe I'll wait till this coming October or maybe I'll just continue dreaming....
anyway, enough spamming of this thread....
Leon Gibbons, a Mr. Basketball Nominee, was a very nice pickup

solid bigs don't really come around everyday

So we dont get this game here?
Mon Mar 13, 2006 12:06 pm
Peachy. wrote:So we dont get this game here?

nope, it is only released in North America & only available in NTSC format....because college sports are deemed important to Australia

although I can understand the business side of that decision but still

I contacted EA & ESPN a while back to see if they made the game for PAL or shipped here but they don't....best bet is to get it off ebay just after it comes out, which is October....would be superb if this game came out on PC, I could just imagine a NCAA Live site popping up with roster updates, face updates, the opportunities are endless here....ahh well....
so keepinit, anymore recruits coming in?

So how different is this game from Live? It seems sort of interesting and i might rent it for a week to have a different basketball experience than live.

It is almost the same as live, except that the freestyle superstar isnt there. You can still dunk over people, though. I think the dunks are better as well in this game.
Any more questions, just PM me about it

Game Recap
Minnesota struggled against the pesky 2-3 Zone defense played by La Salle in tonights game. The only person who didn't struggle for the Golden Gophers was Vincent Grier who had 22 points and 9 rebounds. The Explorers played very well and had many assists in this game. That a reason that they won this game.
Game Photos
1. Grier takes a fade
2. Thomas picks up his 6th assist out of 9
3. Fadipe on the break
4. Fadipe also with the oop
5. Narmbaye gets pushed
