NLSC slower than usual?

This is getting ridiculous. It happens every damn time.

Yes it's irritating...but i think we can stop bitching about it now...as it stands the problem cant be fixed it seems.

It's not something I'm doing on purpose, you know. I can't just click my fingers and fix these things. The dilemma is if it's simply the result of some heavy traffic there's not much that can be done to resolve it.

Ive noticed the slowdown, i figured it was just traffic, but really no point in getting pissed, so im just like w/e, im still able to view dynasties and stuff

I notice it now and again but not so much the last few days. Go figure.

Recently it has been getting a bit worse for me. Every other time I click the link to access NLSC it doesnt load.

That's what it's like for me. It seems to be completely random. I know you're not at fault Andrew, but it does piss me off. Stupid non-member people

Yes, I am aware that sometimes there is a problem when there's a lot of traffic.

Its seems to be a fairly intermittent problem.

How much bandwidth do you guys eat a month?

Have you considered getting a semi-dedicated or dedicated server for the forums?

I believe our cap is 600 GB at the moment, which suits us quite comfortably at present.

It might be CPU usage then, taking up the alloted amount doing DB queries.

Earlier today it took 10 minutes to reply to a post.

I would suggest getting a dedicated or semi-dedicated box.
