You try ankle weight it help your vertical. I sometimes jog and practice with them on.

I've done it too, in the middle of summer when I was a bit dehydrated. The home of the Newcastle Basketball Association is Broadmeadow Stadium which is basically just a big tin-roofed shack.

boo ya! :cool: found someone else that shoots set, and most of my shots within the arc are bankshots :lol: . on the subject of others that shoot set, doesnt eddie griffen on the t-wolves also shoot set?
