He has Plaxico Burress now and he still can't get his passing game going.

I think they rely on Tiki too much.

Eli? Damn hes doing awesome: RAT 97.8 | YDS 985 | TD 9

Not bad for a 2nd year guy.
Yeah, that's good.

Actually, maybe a bit better than Peyton right now.

Only because our offense just started rolling last week aganist the SF Defense .

We'll see how we do against Adam and that STL D.

Our D should do good.

Five games only 2 TD's allowed and Dwight Freeney- 5 Sacks, Robert Mathis-6.

We'll see at the end of the year how Eli does.

I was surprised that the Jets lost to the Jags.

It was a great OT.

A lot of interceptions.

Ty Law picked of a couple.

I was happy I tuned in to watch it.

Meh, not with the Pats they way they've been this year.

Bleh.

Without Ty Law...Bruschi and Colvin...they don't do so well on defense.

Patriots have the ability to plug practically anyone in their gameplan and still win. Obviously, those losses are huge but if there is one team that can overcome them it's the Patriots.

Plus, I still think the Patriots are better defensively than the Colts. With or without Rodney Harrison, Teddy Bruschi, ect. And the Steelers are the best defensive team in the league.

I say the same about Peyton and Marvin. That's a record breaking duo. Soon to pass jerry Rice and Young on most TD passes between WR and QB.

Is there any other Jets fans here??

Im really hoping they can get there offense moving, our defense is great, Law and Barrett have been great in the corners(Barrett was great vs the Bucs)
Hobson,Vilma and Brown/Barton(if he gets healthy) have all been solid LB's and our Defensive Line on Paper is one of the best(Mainly cause Dewayne Robertson is finally putting it together).

But our Offense is a bore.......We have good players in Martin,Coles,Mcariens(spelling?) but i think its mainly our offensive Line, especially the right side.... Jets have only scored 61pnts in the first 5 games....and thats 3rd worst(Baltimore and Houston worst)

I hope VT can get it going and Martin get some decent blocking.....

BTW Watch out for Jonathan Vilma....Hes a beast!

Jax fan here. Great win for us against the Bengals. Really enjoyed it.
I love the fact that Jimmy Smith is having a great year and Fred Taylor is showing signs of good ol' Fred. My predictions for the Jaguars are making the playoffs. That's their main goal. Our eye is not on making it to the 2nd round or Superbowl. Just getting through the season while having a play-off spot secured.
Make sure you watch the trio (Leftwich, Smith and Taylor)

That's a nice way to get more posts (Y)

I'm an NFL fan, (heck, I'm probably a bandwagoner) but this year looks like the Colts are the favorites. But the Pats are still there to kick their asses.
