To my knowledge a member is notified and warned first before banning, I guess COOLmac didn't heed the warning/s.

As Jae has said and justified, he has spammed non stop and posted cd keys. We showed him alot of leniancy and loyalty to allow him to stay, but his involvement in the pinnoy thread was a slap in the face to that loyalty.

This probably should have happened sooner but we do turn tend to look the other way for retards (OSF, for example).

And I warned and deleted Coolmac within his first week for spamming. He had his chance.

Whilst his arguement is fairly stupid ("i havent seen him do anything wrong, so he shouldnt be banned"), he is hardly doing any harm thats worthy of a "friendly" warning.

I believe a suspension at least, he says he wasnt even warned so either hes lieing or you all are, I am not taking up for him but hell its pretty easy to lie over an internet forum, i dont know any of you personally and just by seeing something typed saying he was warned and him saying he wasnt I am not sure. But, wouldnt a suspension teach him a lesson, he does no harm to anyone, and if he does it again then boom hes gone...
