Text is a little flat, but you're a n00b so I won't pick on you for that.

TIP FOR EVERYONE TO IMPROVE SIGS: When your sig is done make a new layer on top of everything else (other than the border.) Now make text, player photos, tech brushes, and the like invisible layers and go image-->apply image on the new layer you created. Blur this layer using gaussian (2-3 px) or motion (6-10px) and set it to overlay or soft light. If you get too much contrast you can just play around with the opacity.

Basically. You can also do this by flattening your sig (merging all the layers) and duplicating it, but then you can't go back and change anything. So you have your background. Then that same background on top, blurred, and set to soft light or overlay or whatever.

Heres a really good tip for the newbs on the border, I personally think its a great effect.

1. Make a new layer and after you do press control+A

2. Next go to edit-stroke and stroke it with 3 px black
3. Same thing as above^, only now do 2 px white
4. Now do 1 px black
5. For the final step, set that layer to soft light, you got a nice cool border( mess with the opacity if you want)

yea try that...the black border is killing it...
