That sounds great. I can't believe you're going to see Conan. :) Best of luck, hope you have a good time.

rofl, I can imagine it now. You see 2 guys in the middle of a sidewalk arguing over whether they're going to go see a Knicks game or go to an art museum, followed by lunch at a coffee shop while discussing the storylines of various broadway shows. Well, I hope you have a good time.

Mon Sep 05, 2005 12:10 pm

damn an event for the next year and here they are getting too excited and shit.

i will try to avoid mking you excited now and then Legend old pal. because you have such adrenalin pumping in you. well here's my tip. at the side of the liberty island there is a museum there of some sort. visit it. it's a cool place (Y)

Yea , I see that alot in NY , everyone ignores those now-a-days .

PS : The G.O.A.T also lives in NY ( I think) , I'm not sure where , but I think he lives there.
Long Island, not very close to NYC. But I lived in Brooklyn for 6 years. Some advice: DON'T. It's a great place to visit. Not to live. The are some parts of Queens that are good living areas though.

Anyway I spend most of my time in the city in Harlem at Rucker, chances are they'll be somone I know there. It's a great place to go for basketball fans, but you might want to take a black guy with you. A big black guy. But besides that, Times Square is probably my favorite. So exciting, expecially for foreigners.

I've been to rucker once , and Nothing happened , Even though I was like the only hispanic there . I was 9 so I guess thats why they didnt mess with me . Anyways I used to live in Washington Heights when I was a kid . NOT the best place to go to . I used to live on 143rd and riverside .

Rucker is still awesome though.
I wanna paly a pickup game there sometime

I don't remember where I lived. I jus kow it was in a shitty part of Brooklyn and I'm damn glad I got out. And about Rucker, all you have to do is show them one good trick and they'll be like 'dam kid'. I did a Slip N Slide when I was 9 (or 10) and impressed a few, then I just kept gettin introduced to new people.

Deffinately checking out Central Park.. gonna make Cy walk alone at night.. he might enjoy being raped by 300 pound sweaty black guys.

That sounds great. I can't believe you're going to see Conan. Best of luck, hope you have a good time.

Thanks dude, yeah man it's number 1 on my personal list.. also wouldn't mind seeing David Letterman.. wish Jay Leno was in New York lol..

Lmfao...thanks man.. yeah we fight like an old couple.. (no sexual relations) I'll be snorting coke off a hookers tits while he goes on about the Michealangelo painting he saw at an art museum.

I will most likely be in New York around that time, Legend, you, Cy and I should get some grub and catch a Yankees game

That would be sweet man, I'm up for it 100%. Even if Cy doesn't wanna watch baseball we'll leave him chained to a street light in Harlem. I'm sure he'll have stories to tell us the next morning. We'll talk more :)

Or better yey , Legen / Cy . You can come with me to MSG and watch a Knicks playoff game . I'll let you stay in my apartment . i live right across the hudson river.

That would be cool man, (y)

I stayed at the Hilton on 6th and 53rd. On that block (or maybe on 7th) at about 55th was the most delicious sandwich place I have ever been in my life. It was called Fresh Bites and I suggest you get the cajun chicken (or something like that) sandwich. They're grilled panini's. Yum... Gotta say, if you ain't got a hotel booked try to get a deal there, fantastic location. Central Park was a cool place to see, and the Foot Locker style stores in Times Square were great. I got a Jevon Kearse jersey there about 2 months before they showed up here in Vancouver.

If you remember one thing, remember Fresh Bites. Anybody here that lives in NYC go there. Make a central park day of it or something.
