riot i'm 25 and I the legal guardian of my 10 year old cousin.

and what these mods don't seem to understand is that asking for decency should know no age limit. a 5 year old should be able to ask for decency and so should a 50 year old, makes no difference.

and it you were to look at it logically, it would make more sense that a person complaining about such things, would be older versus younger. little kids don't complain about too much sex on TV, it's their older smarter parents that do. so who's the kid in this situation?

andrew, i had a legitmate complaint and all these mods do is name call. how is that right? this board is great and i just wanted to keep it respectable and for that moderators call me names.

I understand where you're coming from. As I said in my email, we generally deal with issues like this via PM rather than making them a big deal in public as avatar/signature issues generally aren't the most pressing (or indeed common) issues.

I look at it this way... you talk about kids browsing the forums, what age are you talking about specifically? We have two 12 year olds who have both stated that they have no problem with the avatar. You mention a 10 year old, personally if I was a parent/guardian I wouldn't let any kid under the age of 12 go on the internet and read shit on a forum. I mean come on, it's like letting kids go on chat rooms you're exposing them to a World you can't control. If parents are irresponsible enough to let kids that age come to these forums, they're going to see and read alot worse than 2 sillouhettes jumping around all over the place.

As I said, the only "kids" I know that post here have no problem with the image. Also, your "concerns" :roll:

about the moderators stems from the fact that you really shouldn't dealt with this situation better. I mean making a thread, in the wrong section, whinging and complaining and throwing around words like "inappropriate". You could've easily PM'd either Jackal or Andrew to sort the situation out privately, to be honest I would've thought as a 25 year old you'd be mature enough to make that decision.
