I don't mean this in an offensive way, but I think if you're having a weight problem (since you made a thread about trying to lose weight a little while ago), that's the problem. I wouldn't binge on stuff like that, it won't help.

End Boss/Mercury wrote:doobs.. seriously the only healthy way to lose weight is as follows:
-eat 3 square meals a day
-drink plenty of water
-avoid foods with high amounts of sugar, salt, and fat (they usually have low nutritional value aswell).. soft drink, fried foods, whole milk
-use fruit, nuts, and raw vegatables as snack foods in between meals to steady your metabolism
-avoid eating heavily at dinner as minimal energy is consumed during
-serve yourself moderate portions.. don't eat beyond the point of being content
-have a balanced excercise regiment that matches your fitness level in such a way that it's stressful enough for you to make progress but not so stressful that it puts you off.. for this ur best of going to a gym and getting a program worked out for you
-allow yourself to have treats every so often, so that you don't crack and go on binges.. a common rule of thumb is 90/10.. eat healthily 90% of the time and treats (in moderate portions) 10% of the time
-become responsible for the preparation of your own meals.. it's important that you know what you're eating and that you don't just take what someone else has made or fast food or prepackaged foods.
-try to include 5 vegatables and 3 pieces of fruit into your diet on a daily basis
this isn't just about physical appearance or abilities this is about a sustainable lifestyle.. you choose the behaviour and you choose the results..
the kinds of behaviour that lead to obesity open the doors to a whole host of medical complications later in life.. heart disease, colon/bowl cancer, etc..

When I want to eat junk, I love pasta, first and foremost, then chicken

Pasta is not your typical junk... well, depends on how you cook it, but it's a valuable source of non-spike carbohydrates... they help fuel your body and prevent muscular decomposition if you are tired...

But if you don't work out or keep a moderate intake of it, it help fat generating. So as with everything else - moderation is the key.

I'm thinking about joining the gym down the road so I can have one last shot and being a pro basketballer in this country. The odds are slim but at least if I don't make it as a basketballer, I'll make it as a male model... er, or maybe I'll just go to school or something.
