Over the past 3 years Ive twisted my ankles about 15 to 20 times I believe, some of them were kinda serious as I couldnt even stand on it while the others just hurt a bit.

4 years ago or something I had jumperknee in my both knees but I was able to play trough it.

A few months ago I got Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot, which is really an anoying pain but I was able to play trough it even though it slowed me down. A few weeks later it started to feel a little better but then all of the sudden I had the same problem in my right foot but this one hurt more and kept me out of practice and games for 2 weeks. Its not 100% healed right now, but Im back at the level where I was before I got it thank god.

I always dive after loose balls, but I never really got injured or something. The worse case I got because of that was a hard landing on my third leg...and that really hurts, it felt like it was on fire or something.

sprained my ankle. bad landing from a layup. then i didn't to anything to it and let it all heal by itself. bad move. even though it doesn't hurt, it looks messed up. it looks different from my other ankle.

If you all remember, last November 2003 (yeah, just after Live 04 went out) I broke my 2 bones in my right forearm. I was playing basketball at school and then went for a steal (can't remember what happened) then suddenly I saw my arm twisting slowly. Then it hardened. I had to undergo operation and 2 steel bars were to be implied in my arm. It took me two months w/ cast on before I got back to what I used to do (except basketball), went back to patching. When the cast is removed after 2 months, it's so hard to move your arm. :x I have 2 scars in my arm right now and will undergo operation again this coming May-June.

injuries....hmmm....

couple of concussions in league....
strained neck in league....
small bruise under eye from cricket and no, don't ask
couple of twisted ankles in bball....

I always seemed to be playing bball with minor injuries, but I'd play through as I never wanted to miss a minute of any game....

naggling injuries included:
- sore foot muscle....don't know what from, bad footwear I don't know, but it was the muscle on the underside of the foot between the heel and ball of the foot....was uncomfortable, but played through it....
- wierd ass hand injury, like a strained muscle in my shooting hand....at least I think it was from bball :shifty:

that's all I can think of for injuries, although I've got mediocre knees these days....a result of playing league on rock-hard pitches....

my mate just had his 2nd knee reconstruction, mcl and acl I think were torn....biggest knee surgery his surgeon had ever performed....

I screwed up my right shoulder last year after I carried a big bag the wrong way.
My right arm couldn't be stretched right up in the air properly & I had to quit my physicaltraining because of this (and I who was on my good way to get real buff :( )

Recoverd to 90% today thanks to physiotherapy (Y)

I've never broke anything :? .
I've twisted my ankle a couple times, and had a lot of jammed fingers, but I heal the next day. I consider myself hard in these kind of things.
Most of the guys in the school twist their ankles and barely play, but I can play, it doesn't hurt (Y)
Oh, and I got tendinitis (sp?) in both my elbows, and baaaaaad knees.

Ive sprained my right ankle about 3 times, but the last time was about 3 years ago now so i feel its gettin stronger.

I dislocated my right index finger early last year, thats a bitch.

Lately ive been nursing a mild knee sprain.
This injury scared me, plying D i cuaght sum1s foot, and yet my ankle didnt turn or anything, ifelt my left knee hyper-extend ala Jermaine O'Neal styles from one of the playoff games. it wasnt as bad as his, but i could feel it go back then normal, it scared the fuck out of me.
I havent missed any games due to it though, im glad im young, if i was a lot older, it woulda just went POP!

I've never had any major injuries, like break something or anything like that.
I rolled my ankle REALLY bad only once, I couldn't walk anymore.
When I was like 8 years old I cut my self with a knife in my hand but luckily I didn't mess up anything, it's all healed.

Last summer I was playing ball outside and I tried an alley-oop off the backboard, but I jumped from too far and still tried to dunk it with two hands, so I came up short (like VC in Sydney 2000, don't if anybody saw that?) and fell on my left wrist and sprained it (I don't know if that's the correct translation).

That was like my dumbest injury ever since there were some girls watching and I almost had to cry  , I was in so f---ing much pain, luckily I didn't cry though

Mostly just smaller injuries, no big ones except for two;
During a practice I landed on someone’s foot which caused my foot to have a sever sprain. That lead to the ligament on the medial side on the foot got really stretched out... That lead to two things: 1) My arch on the bottom of my foot got lowed almost to the ground, and 2) The ligament got pinched in between two smaller bones in the foot. It got to be very painful after some time and after a while since it didn't all happen at one time. One thing lead to each other as a result of poor care of the injury (I didn't go see a doctor until it had passes somewhere around 3-4 months since the original injury), but after I did some rehab during two moths twice a week the foot got all better and I barely felt the pain anymore... So that would be my best recommendation if you get a fairly serious injury: go see a doctor.

I also had a sort of an lumbago (yea, I looked that word up ) which kept me from school for about a week and a half (I tired going the last .5 week but had to go home during the first lesson since I couldn't sit down, and I could only stand for so long at the time).
This one sucked more than the foot injury since I couldn't really do anything for more than a week, while the for injury was just that I had pain in my foot every time I walked. The back hurt more intense since it was there all the time; luckily It went away fairly quickly...

I have a chronic injury (not sure if it is well explained) in my ankle. I have sprained it 4 times and if I sustain one more injury I am DEAD. I could never play b-ball again!! (Y)

i've suffered many various injuries mostly from high school sports: sprained ankles, strained knee ligament, strained my lower back, bruised ribs, dislocated shoulder, and a finger that's never healed from being fractured. the stupid medical trainer at the school said "just ice it". and when i noticed i still couldn't bend my finger all the way after a month, i went to a real doctor and he told me it was too late to correct the injury.

i also spilt my hand open (the are fleshy area between the thumb and index finger) trying to pull a 'chocolate thunder' on my friends rim in his backyard

and when i was a toddler i had my arm in a sling for a month or 2 from my brother trying to be hulk hogan on me

is getting your stomach pumped for alchohol poisoning count? hehe good times...

good advice. tell it to the people who dont have medicare and pennyful wallets.

if i get injured i diagnos my self and SOUL SEARCHif i need help from the doc. if not i just let nature heal itself. dats y i always hear a cracking noise at my thighs and ankles evertime i tried twisting them. guess nature isn't doing his job well

I had a concussion in 1st grade (if that counts).

Some years back I was riding my scooter on the sidewalk, turned right at the curve, and the slope that goes into the street is grooved for whatever reason, so the scooters small wheels easily got bothered by it, I fell and sprained my right knee.

This past summer I was at the park, playing 21, and I got a rebound and landed on someones foot and sprained my right ankle..

Oh yeah one time in I believe 7th grade we were playing softball in PE and we didn't have gloves (forgot why, we just didn't have any and caught with our hands) and the batter hit the ball straight at me so I attempted to catch the ball, but I closed my hands too soon, and the softball hit my left pinky finger and smashed it in.. not as painful as it sounds, I didn't know I was injured until I noticed I couldn't fully retract my pinky.

Damn, I didn't know such things could happen. Kind of makes me worried, because I never tell my parents or anyone when I injure myself, I just try my best to hide it so they don't bother me with "Why are you walking like that?" blah blah blah...

i was starting a game for my 8th grade traveling team back in the day. It was the first day of the playoffs in Philly. I went up for a layup on a fastbreak in the first 2 minutes of the game and this 6'2 250ish guy comes barreling at me and tackles me mid air i broke 2 ribs and my arm i tried to retalliate against him but i couldnt get up because he had also broken my ankle. that was the worst ever. i couldnt walk, write, eat, it was terrible. plus the fact i missed the rest of the playoffs, and i was the starting sg scoring 14 points a game, so we werent able to go very far (not to brag or anything tho).

The good part was our center slammed him into the ground late in the game and made him feel a little pain.
