mmm cookies.

:)

That's weird though, I've deleted all my cookies and it still won't do it. :x

Well, instead of just deleting the cookies I'm going to try and just change the level of my security settings. Let's see.

I think just allowing this site to save cookies will do the trick.
But it might not be cookies at all, I just took a guess at what I thougt...

Well I let the site save cookies yet it keeps happening. :x

Are me & Ruff the only ones with this problem?

Sun Dec 19, 2004 6:39 pm

If not, you're the only ones who have said something about it since the server move. I know someone else was having problems but found out it was their firewall settings.

Speaking of site maintenance, I still have to add those mods. I haven't forgotten about them, I just haven't had a day where I haven't had anything to do but sit at the PC and work on the site for a couple of hours. I'll have a week or so off work over Christmas and the New Year, I'm sure I'll have a lazy day where I can fit all (or at least quite a few) of those updates in.

Do it. Or face the consequences :x

Those attack midgets haven't just disappeared from the face of the earth you know

Humm, well the funniest thing seems to be the cause of the problem.

Since the forum got it's own address, I've just typed in (www.)nbaliveforums.com and come to the forums, at this point I put in my name + password and ask it to remember me. Alright, it'll show me the new posts, as soon as I click on a sub forum to actually VIEW the posts, it'll all be gone and suddenly I'm not logged in anymore. Bah.

Anywho's, I tried something different this time around, instead of typing (www.)nbaliveforums.com, I typed: (www.)nbaliveforums.com/index.php. The "/index.php" seems to make all the difference. I'm actually still logged in and what's even more surprising is that I can actually view new posts. Finally.

I guess I'll just add it to favorites like before instead of typing it all the time.

Give it a try and see if it works for you Ruff.

Naah, I'm cool. I'm automatically logged in anyway and I usually just type in nba and select the address from the address bar.

Donatello, Not at all, it makes it easier to point out a person you are talking to.

You will also note, Everyone, that we now have enforced signature limits. I'll soon officially announce it, the new limit, and the fact I'll be resetting all signatures so that everyone can restore their sig under the new restrictions.

I was gonna have "Can't Touch Me" Verse by Peter Griffin as my sig...and it will only let me have a small sig.
