Lol the Wallabies? That's our rugby team's name (Y)

Australia are playing Pakistan right now, Pakistan are 3/286  and kicking some ass. Youhana is pissing me off, he's got a century and seems pretty unbeatable at the moment.

As far as England goes, don't they have some new guy that's supposed to take World cricket by storm? They seem to say that every year.

Edit: I JINXED IT  Youhana just got stumped by Gilchrist, gone for 111

NELSON

oh well I think your talkin abt Andrew Strauss....although I dont see anything special in him he is quite good.

Hey remember this is the country that say Andrew Flintoff is the World's Best All-Rounder and Steve Harmison is One of the Top 3 fast bowlers in the World.

damn I really hate those british commentators.....I havent heard such biased commentators anywhere else. Bob Willis is a racist, Ian Botham is beefy in his brain, Paul Allott is a nobody and that other dude....Lloyd is a another stupid fuck.

Strauss bothers me. Hopefully he'll get hit by a bus or something before they play Australia.

I just heard on Sports Tonight that the Aussie cricket team donated their $17,000 prize money from the test against Pakistan to various charities involved with the disasters going on over your way.

dude u cant beat the aussies right now....if Sri Lanka cant no one can, cause we have the aussie destroyed in Murali but even he cant do shit now.....

Paki's well yeh they do play laid back but they arent getting bookies money......just look at South Africa, their worse....the team was caught for smokin Marijuana but they didnt say anything abt them.....why ..oh well just say its due to the colour of their skin.

Funniest part is the Indian Police have said they'll arrest Boje and Gibbs if they step into India...thats some neat shit.

Oh well r series got cancelled, expect because its really hard for our boys because their one of the most emotional cricket teams around I guess.....Sana's mom got injured and Marvan's dad got injured too....hopefully they'll go help the ppl out(I know they will) both with AID and with some uplifting words.

Well Australia are 2/236 chasing 304 at the moment. I figure they'll be up near 500 by the end of the day, so if Pakistan don't get bowled out for 14 like they do every second innings you should see some of the game.

Who's gonna win the Asia vs. Rest of World Tsunami Charity Cricket Game on Jan. 10?

Asian XI (from): Sourav Ganguly (IND/capt), Sanath Jayasuriya (SL), Virender Sehwag (IND), Marvan Atapattu (SL), Rahul Dravid (IND), Yousuf Youhana (PAK), Alok Kapali (BAN), Kumar Sangakkara (SL), Chaminda Vaas (SL), Shoaib Akhtar (PAK), Zaheer Khan (IND), Anil Kumble (IND), Muttiah Muralitharan (SL), Sachin Tendulkar (IND).

Rest of the World (from): Ricky Ponting (AUS/capt), Matthew Hayden (AUS), Adam Gilchrist (AUS), Stephen Fleming (NZ), Brian Lara (WIN), Chris Gayle (WIN), Chris Cairns (NZ), Shane Warne (AUS), Glenn McGrath (AUS), Dwayne Bravo (WIN), Darren Gough (ENG), Daniel Vettori (NZ).

So who's it going to be? Normally I'd back the ROW team but Asian team will be playing with a purpose so I think they might get up in this one.....unless Cairns or Gilly go ballistic

The bowling will be interesting. Gough was really good at one stage but he seemed to go pretty quiet, Dwayne Bravo is a new name to me but Vettori was fantastic against the Aussies.

I hope they dont put Kapali into the squad....he'll be as effective as the whole USA Cricket Team Combined.

it'll be a tight match.....remember the last one where Bevan scored the double century and it ended up in a tie.....that game was crazy...prolly the best one day game Ive seen.

best one dayer I've seen was when Bevan beat the Windies all by himself.....that game was about 7 or 8 years ago I think.....

as for the game, I'm hoping the 3 Kiwis play, although I'm wondering what they will do with the top order.....

Hayden will open....Gilchrist should.......Gayle's a bit of a slogging opener from what I've been told.....Ponting, Fleming & Lara are all No. 3's.....

should be good though.....

That'd be brilliant, and the scary thing is I think we'd have a pretty good chance of winning.

I think there are some tests (I guess they can't be tests but like 4 or 5 dayers) and some one dayers from what my Indian mate was telling me....

I reckon in the tests, Aussie would clean up, but one dayers could go either way.....

One Day form has been a little bit shaky lately, I'm not sure whether Pakistan are any better than New Zealand at the moment so we'll just have to see what happens there. Kaneiria or whatever it is isn't playing, so that's a positive.

Btw, is it just me or does the Pakistani 'keeper verbal that guy when he's bowling? All you get from Gilly is "Bowling Warney" or "Nice ball Shane" but this guy's like "Very bad ball Danny" "Oh, bad bad ball Danny" it's a bit strange.

maybe it's back to bad being good....the keeper says it during Kanieria bowling right? I went to day 3 of the Gabba test between Oz and NZ (the day that Gilly and Clarke got centuries and that McGrath made history with his first ever 50), I just wish Brendan McCullum was saying that on this particular day.....geez, even my mates were like dude, you should get out there and roll the arm over, you can't do any worse than Dickie Knee (Mills) & Maniac Martin

thank god for those one dayers.......

Bringing some respectability back to New Zealand cricket ay lol... McGrath's 50 was fantastic, I'm not sure how many foreigners would've "got it", but it's pretty common knowledge here that Glen McGrath is one of the worst batsmen in the country. Although he has improved quite a bit in the last year.

yeah, the crowd (including me) gave McGrath a standing ovation for a couple of minutes....was superb atmosphere and day's cricket....

and after that innings he has now surpassed Danny Morrison (king of the duck) in batting legacies....

Gillespie is the star bottom order player for Australia....ever since he grew the mullet out a couple of summers ago, he's been unstoppable with ball and now he's rock solid with bat....
