I decided NOT to join the Slam-Dunk Contest, and rest my knees for the All-Star game

I could dunk pretty easely before.
But then I got like three injuries after eachother and was out for 3 like months, and I lost a lot of hops
Now I can bearely dunk anymore...


I just got a digital camera, so i could maybe take a few vids of me dunking the shiat out of an 9ft hoop

i can dunk like Charles Barkley used to,I can bring the whole basket down like Shaq,I also can scatter the backboard like Darryl Dawkins did...on a 5 ft basket

im 6'4"..big..but my dunking is one handers and two handed tomahawks. I can't do shit else..lol.

I guess that was EG with the windmill and that 'Perry' jersey on. I give it the highest score in that contest-a 4!!

I can dunk on 9", I'm only 5'7'' and 15. I think I'm starting to have a growth spurt.

Absolutely. Most people don't stop growing until they are at least 18 (usually 21), so you might still have a growth spurt.

I'm 19 and is 6'1 (186cm) I would like to grow to 190cm, anyway that I'll add 4cm at that age?

Yeah, I grew 2 inches since entering college too

Well I haven't grew anything I think since last time I measured which was in april last year

ugh, i'm only 5'3 and i'm 14. i grew 4 inches since last year, and my docter says i'd be pretty lucky if i grew that much in the rest of my life. he says my best bet is 5'5

Tell them that you have some friends that don't believe you can jump as high as you say. So you made a bet, and if you don't bring a video, we kill your mom.

Get a hidden camara. or just film yourself at a park or something.

Maybe this friday after practice is a option. I hope I will have enough energy left because our practices are pretty hard. Ill see, in the meantime, I will try to find if I still have some dunks on tape that I did last year on the playground

I'm 5'6'' and can't dunk on regulation size rims but I can dunk 360 windmills on 8 foot rims... if I was 6'1'' or more I could dunk
