I was in a really strange guild on WoW with a 15 year old asian emo canadian. My avatar was a rogue named Drgonzo. One day he was like typing ozzy osbourne lyrics into guild chat and i did something like /action bites the head off the bat. He decided he was going to start calling me Oz and it just stuck. It became a running gag in my guild whenever we did stuff with other people: How'd you get oz out of drgonzo? It would always be "its better to not ask" etc. Well after awhile i made another character on horde side and reversed Drgonzo to Oznogrd (Oz-nog-erd is the pronunciation for those that dont know ) and since everyone called me Oz anyway, i sort of adopted Oznogrd as my new online persona. Since I want to be a teacher and all, I kinda have to be careful where my name shows up nowadays. So anywhere i'm gonna be super-foul-mouthed (here/my blog/my twitter) I decided to be Oznogrd and not anything that people (unless they really know me and wouldnt care) could connect back to me.

How about a tourney for the NLSC(NCAA Style) final four. Make it into a poll like 1st seed vs 4th, 2nd vs 3rd. then decide 1st, 3rd on the next round.

Pro: Voters can remain anonymous thus possibly more confident votes
Con: More work for Jao
