I hope the company won't make the Big Gold Belt into a bling-bling fest of a championship belt.

Just seen Cyber Sunday. All matches were lengthy at their own right, and wow, Bourne is amazing.

There where whispers about a custom WHC belt having been made. Even if the new design is a big merchandise seller and they're trying to appeal to kids, they don't need to make all their major belts look like toys.

The Heavyweight Championship is the best-looking belt they have, turning it into a bling-bling spinner toy belt would a big, big shame ..

Bourne is amazing

word. Heard he injured his ankle and could be out for 4 months though. :(

Read on a site that Edge will probably make his return at Survivior Series as well.
And Batista's next major feud is going to be Randy Orton, who has been cleared to wrestle btw, not Cena.

Good to know.

But I doubt that Cena will be on the title picture someday. Bring in Chuck Lidel, please.

EDIT: Stumbled upon this on YouTube after watching the Angle-Lesnar match at WrestleMania XIX:

Funny video but I'm not sure what people who make vids like that are trying to prove. In this day and age, I'd suggest a fair amount of people (maybe even more than half) of online wrestling fans know the nature of the business; we don't need proof that it's not real.

People who say such things are either ignorant or idiots.

I guess a lot of people still have a stereotypical view of wrestling fans. It's hard not to know the truth about the nature of the business these days though.

Orton's new tattoos look fugly without his shirt on.
I'm pretty surprised about the title change. I thought they weren't happy with Jerichos title reign hence they gave to Batista earlier than planned, I read somewhere Jericho was supposed to be champ until December. Don't know why they give it back to him (particularly with Batistas big push). But don't get me wrong, I like Jericho as the champ, he's the most entertaining heel in the WWE at the moment, in my opinon.

Definitely. It would have made more sense to have Jericho retain at the PPV and then put Batista over on RAW if they weren't ready to have Jericho drop the belt but want to give Batista the push he wants. I can't imagine he's satisfied with an eight day title reign especially if they're going to do Jericho/Cena at Survivor Series or Armageddon. It's as unexpected as Batista going over after getting the last word before Cyber Sunday but it doesn't seem worth padding title reign stats.

Do wrestlers get a rematch clause if they lose on the actual rematch? Not eh?
Anyways, my personal bet is that it's going to be a triple threat match between Jericho/Cena/Batista for the belt with Jericho retaining.

The only thing I hope is that Cena won't win, but it's a possibility how they are hyping his return I guess.

Depends what the storyline calls for. There's no limit on the technicalities they can pull out to move angles along, nor any need for consistency. Take the Taker/Edge angle earlier this year: chokeholds are banned because they're dangerous, but the WWE can sanction brutal matches like the Elimination Chamber and Hell in a Cell. We're not supposed to think about that though, it's all about the injustice and the battle between good and evil. ;)
I think that this Y2J-Cena angle would be an intro to a Batista-Cena feud in the near future.

Just don't turn the WHC into a funny-looking title again.

Most likely, they'll probably want to do that leading up to Wrestlemania. A shame because the HBK/Y2J feud was really going well.

On Smackdown, I'm still not a big fan of Kozlov. He's not bad in the ring and you buy him as a dominant wrestler but his "foreigner who thinks Americans are weak and lazy" gimmick has been done countless times before and constant squash or glorified squash matches get boring.

Edge won the WWE championship and Cena won the WHC. I really hope that the WHC wouldn't change to a spinner belt because I prefer that current one.

There's also a rumor about Christian coming back to WWE and possibly reuniting with Edge. I like Christian Cage and It would be good to see E&C back in action.

I doubt that. If they change the belt it would be a hit against the NWA. I didn't expect that Cena would win. Like, he was injured, then when he's scheduled to return, he was instantly the #1 contender. That is one lame angle.

Word.

Finally shit's getting interesting on SmackDown again, too bad Jericho lost his title as well.

Please, don't turn the Heavyweight belt into a bling-bling toy. Please!!

I second that. I wonder how HHH could handle wearing that belt?
