Obviously, the world needs there to be garbagemen, landscapers, politician, lawyers, and tons of other jobs that are seen as either "low" or "crooked." So, I say, you have to live your life to the fullest, and try your hardest to be the best of whatever you are. While, all the time, keeping your big-picture goals in mind, whatever they may be (heaven, nice retirement, whatever).

No, John of Patmos predicted that the second coming of Christ would occur during the time of the Roman Empire. The Roman Empire doesn't exist anymore, so there never was the second coming of Christ.

John of Patmos is not the same person as the apostle John.

but... what to do.. when u have achieve that goal.. say at age 80
u've got everything u want...
ie, good wife, kids, riches, knowledge, jobs , cars, houses, hotels etc etc..

Then if you feel that you have fulfilled your life at age 80, then you have experienced life to the fullest, made achievements, and learned how to live happy. But the opposite is quite true. The Bible teaches us to live by living for others, and in return, you will reap the rewards for yourself.

first the revolutionary internet has reach even the peakest part of mountaineuos tibet and monks there started to believe in christ
then the Korn guitarist saw the light after being in the dark for almost 3/4 of his life
then the earlier comment about disasters and stuff.........

after almost everyone has the chance to hear th Words written then shall the end come. i have been against this for almost 5 years now me saying that it wont come till i end up dead but hey the signs are just getting to me. wont hurt if we get ready?we'll i'm preparing. i'm trying my ass to behave and do good deeds. because who knows when the end will come. but i think its near.

I think it's just the advancement of technology. Just because there's more globalization than in the past doesn't mean the world will end because of improvements in technology and communications. But, with the advancement of technology comes the danger of weapons, and I think the only way the world will end is if a bunch of atomic bombs went off all over the place and caused chain reactions, then yeah, but who knows when or if that will ever happen.

well we don't know exactly when but i'm getting ready. its like death. we may never know when will it strike us, but we know it will come.

now pertaining to mr.cyanide's comment about the REVELATION. man this guy can read....... he was right that the whole thing was a preditction about the roman empire. i have read about that too. but in the most recent years where i started to ignore other materials made by other man regardig the bible i have been open up inside my mind that the whole revelation was actually having double even tripple meanings. there was history there. and my oh my. it predicts things never happened yet or about to happen.

remember "blessed is thou who readeth the things in this prophecy, for the time is near"

as i notice it clearly describe a religion stand point/ the great anti-christ and the turmoil men has to suffer before the end.

well long ago the roman empire was a government that ruled vast lands. it was describe in the book of revelation. but since Jesus spoke about that all things written in the new testament is all about spiritual and therefore a basis for religion. here are the facts that i have gathered and i hope i wont get banned sharing this to you:

a certain religion will emerge and will spread lies all through out the world
they will manipulate everything including festivals and certain rituals which people will tie with the works of God but eventually they are worshipping the wrong God
this religion system is the most richest in the world and not a nation on earth can match its greatness
it is located and breifly describe as a city within a city a capital with in a capital a country within a city
now to the great anti-christ.... revelation describes him to be the most influencial man in the entire world, he will show great power of tongue and he will spread the word of God and blasphene at the same time.
the great anti-christ is no terrorist he will just be a wolf in a sheeps clothing, decieving almost 3/4 of the worlds population
so instead of a government system the great anti-christ will emerge from a great religion so great that it will cover the entire earth and people will feel that it is the real true church because they proclaim miracles and good deeds,but actually they tell lies and half-truths making other poeple sway away fromt the true church
like the king in a government system, this religion will have some body that will lead them(the anti-christ) he will have a throne, a scepter a crown and he will have many advisors around him

ok i'll stop there for the moment. i hope i have left clues for you all. it's up to you who do you think that great 666 anti-christ will be.

remember the end will come after the word of God travels around the entire planet. as in describe in the book of revelation: a great angel will cry through out the entire land. and everyone will hear his loud voice.some will tremble in fear some will blasphene in anger.

this can only mean two things. many will heed the call of the Kingdom.....still many will find it ridiculous and curse anyone who told them to be ready even if that was an angel right in the sky shouting for you to be ready........

LMAO I was doing a report on Bush for school and I was doing some research on him with google and I clicke on this site all about how Bush was the Anti-Christ. it was basically a few pages of all of that, except it also had stuff like how his birthdate added up to something special (don't remember what his D.O.B. was).

cyanide: i didn't predict these things myself. i read it all throughout the new testaments and the books of daniel, isaiah and the predictions of some minor prophets in the bible. i somehow summarize it that way because everything gets clearer at the highly coded revelation, like i said i have heard that all before that the revelation was just a thing of the past and the second coming wasn't gonna happened, but hey i found out that everything was just having double meanings and stuff. try to read the book of daniel....pretty accurate stuff with revelation can be found there.

info the number 666 is still a mystery: it can only be coded after the great tribulation and only by men who are the members of the real church founded in Jersusalem, if your Chruch is founded somewhere besides Jerusalem then its not the true church.

This is the way I look at the whole end-of-the-world thing:

Unless you believe in reincarnation, every person's death is the same thing (to them) as the end of the world, because that's when you run out of time on earth. And, since nobody knows when it's going to happen (unless you have a terminal illness), you always gotta be ready to die, mentally, spiritually, etc.

This doesn't mean you should constantly be thinking about death, because I don't think that that's healthy. I take it as you shouldn't fear dying, if you feel you've lived a life that's worthy of another one in heaven.

As far as when will the end of the world come, obviously, nobody knows. But, I do think there have been some major events that are speeding up that day. The #1 event to me was the making of the atomic bomb in the 1940s. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY, PEOPLE WERE CAPABLE OF DESTROYING THE WORLD.

That's a scary thing. You gotta think that the next big World War, if it gets serious, could be the last one, because there are more bombs in the world than the earth could handle, should lots of A-Bombs were to be exploded. (I heard that if 3 were all exploded on the bottom of the ocean in the same place, the earth would break in 2- but I dunno if it's true )

Actually, 666 is an encryption that can be decoded using the ancient decryption method (I forget the name, but it had a name) and it translates to, "Caesar Nero." Like I said, John wrote Revelations using metaphors and symbols, and he used 666, which clearly refers to the Roman Empire, and he was writing about the Roman Empire.

As for the end of the world, looking back in history, there have been countless predicitions of the end of the world. In fact, so many people believed that the world was going to end in the year 1000, but another one thousand years later, nothing has happened. I don't think the world is going to end anytime soon, and this predicition of, "the world is going to end soon," will last for more hundreds of years or even thousands, unless something catastrophic and unpredictable happens involving war or a big accident.

don't worry fellas the world will not end by a war. when another war happened more greater than any other war ever been known, it will only be a start of our tribulation/sorrows and the end is near. actually the world will end with a divine intervention. more to it soon

hello. another update to our readers here. unbelieveable to me that this thread has so many people viewing it yet so few continued their posting here. now unto the topic about Jesus. as i have hinted you before that before he came into the flesh Jesus was already walking amongst us, He was even present at the day everything was created. so here is the verses that will prove you why the term "second coming" is wrong.


numbers20:8-10
Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and speak ye unto the rock before their eyes; and it shall give forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink.And Moses took the rod from before the LORD, as he commanded him.

And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock, and he said unto them, Hear now, ye rebels; must we fetch you water out of this rock?


here you remember the story where God spoke unto moses regarding why the Israelites complain badly that they were thirsty and they needed water.they use this certain rock for drinking....and if you continue reading moses will be punished because he struck down that rock with his anger towards he's fellow israelites.... he was punished oh so severly that he was not allowed to enter the land of milk and honey(only he can watch it from afar). why was he severely punish by just whipping a stupid old rock......the answer is below

not Spiritual form...
You know.. the Holy Trinity.. God(the Father), Jesus(the Son), and the Holy Spirit..already exist before the world was created..
so in some sort of way.. you could say that He was on earth today..
but in form of Spirit.. not human form..
