Naw you can work at Blockbuster at 16 here, and its not like I buy these shoes all at once. I mean just look at it this way, when I was working in the summer, I could work 5 or 6 out of the 7 days each week and I get paid every 2 weeks and work about 7-8 hours each day and I had a little raise at about $6.10. So that's like $48.80 every day. 48 x 6 is $288, so if I get paid every 2 weeks it would be 576. So with taxes taking out, my check would be around $480 maybe $490. I save up $150 of each check and put it in the bank, then I use the rest as spending money to buy whatever I want.

Ok, so you should know that Jordans don't come out all at the same time. Jordans come out just about every 2-4 weekends, so say some Jordans were coming out this weekend and the retail value is $150. They probably came out in differnet colors as well, but I only wanted 1 color, then I'll just pay $150. I mean if I'm saving the money then spending the other money on things I want then its not like I'm just spending all of my money. And there are other Jordans that I have that retro'ed like back in 94' and so on, so there was no way I bought those in the store As CK said, you can always look for deals to get those shoes. Yea, some shoes cost more than others, like a brand new pair of Jordan XI's would range from around $280-400. It takes more money to save up on those, but to be smart, I didn't try to get those on my first few pay checks, I waited til' I saw how much I had in the bank and how much spending money I wanted to save up so I wouldn't end up having to take money out the bank to buy those.

And I really didn't get your question CK But my feet isn't growing anymore, I wear between a size 11-12 and most of the men in my family wear a 12 or a 13. If your asking like "do I only get them because of the brandname and because they are at a discount or just to add to the collection" then I don't buy the shoes that I don't like. There are alot of people on NT, that choose quantity over quality, I mean I know everybody won't say that all the shoes I have are great looking, but to me they are appealing. I only buy what I like, and if some shoes are on discount that I like, I will buy those too to add to the collection. That's why people on NT have like over a 100 pair of shoes because they choose quantity over quality and they end up with a bunch of shoes that they don't even like at all. At least "IF" Jordans aren't that popular in the next 30 years, I can still wear them even if I am in the 40's
because I still like those shoes.

What kinda Blockbusters ya'll got I don't know if they just hired me there because my brother know the head manager up there or what, but they did say they hire at 16 so I don't think they just said that just to be saying it and I guess job ages are different in different places.
