That's actually never been a NLSC staple that I can tell, similar for other forums where English is not the first language for many members. You get a sort of tolerance and leeway when many of your members are from non-English First countries and are Canadians, Germans, Filipinos, Greeks, Aussies, Bosnians or so on.
