Had a top day yesterday. Just got approved to lease a property which is massive. It has 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 studies. So myself and my girlfriend and 2 other friends get a bedroom each, plus a study, then we'll have a music room which will contain 2 drum kits, 6 bass guitars, 2 acoustic guitars, 2 electric guitars, a keyboard and a bunch of amplfiers! It's going to be great summer. Move in this saturday so I got a lot of cleaning and packing to organise, plus utilities to get hooked up. Yet I get out of my little on-campus living room for good!

It's actually not that expensive. And it's in a really good location. Walking distance to the train stattion and right near chadtone shopping centre. There's four of us at the moment who are going to move in, and we may bring in another to bring the cost down to about $70 each per week plus bills. That's way cheaper than what I'm paying now.

Yeah well it's all our own stuff in there. But in terms of being lucky, we had a house lined up by the landlord changed his mind that morning and srewed us over. So it has been a rush to find a place and this fell right into our hands. So we were quite unlucky at the start but I guess lucky at the end. And I can assure you we will have a lot of fun at this place, as soon as my uni exams are outta the way.
