Well since she gots fuckin problems and I can tell that you hate her and probly never will like her agian the best thing to do is to just let her go to that school. And I feel bad for your parents cause they try to give her the best and act nice to her but she just asks like a fucked up bitch (sorry if a little to bad :? ) and all she thinks about is herself. But the thing that I dont get is that she has friends

But sorry for what she caused you, hope you can have a good life after she leaves.

Sonuvabitch! My mom said she's not gonna give up custody. She said that since she doesn't wanna give up custody and since my sister does want to go, she'd not gonna let her. My mom said she'll explore some other options though, and I hope we can send her somewhere. How about to prison. :(

Tue Apr 18, 2006 7:56 am

Maybe slip some crack in her backpack?

Tue Apr 18, 2006 7:56 am

Send her to Holland, I'll send you my address. Please?

Oh man, this is tuff. Send her to Jackal, that's the best option-Far away from you.

rofl she has a myspace? we'll go tell her to do drugs on there, and of course she will :P and get caught

She drinks Red Bull energy drink (aka Chuck Norris's urine) like its water, she's been through a whole 4 pack in about 4 hours today. Yesterday on our way to Wal-Mart she's like "Mom, I'm fat, I need to lose weight." 2 minutes later she's like "Can we go to Burger King?" She don't excercise, do sports, or anything at that fact except use the computer and talk on the phone all day.

Seriously, she sits in front of the computer for HOURS and HOURS like 5-6-7 hours straight. It's not like she's doing anything recreational or posting on a forum. She sits there on the phone and browses myspace over and over.

lik omg ur sis is a teenager. n a gurl.

Aside from the not going to skewl part. Sounds like your average teenage girl. She sees absolutely no consequences because her mother is weak and her father is constrained by past consequences of his anger. What you've described of your parents and living situation it really isn't much of a surprise the way she acts.

Jail/Juvy would either scare her straight or push her over the brink.

Because they send 15 year old girls to prison without her committing a capital offense. She needs to start stealing things and being in possession of drugs/alcohol before they'll send her to juvy. Trunacy may be a crime, but it's mainly a failure of the parents, which is why they take the kids to state care.

Your mom will explore her options? Her only option is: parenting. The instant you say "I cannot control my kid" you can't. It gives them carte blanche to oppose you. Your mother is a terrible parent with her daughter. She rolls over for her, but then when she gets "tough" she leaves her in a parking lot or screams and throws things at her.

Your mother either does not want to give up on her and relinquish her to state care, which usually is failure. Or she simply wishes to keep that which is "hers" even though she is unable to manage it properly.

Of course, you aren't innocent either, no matter what she does.
and I did one of those light back kicks or whatever, when you kick it backwards with your heal. It barely hit her in her heal when she passed me

so I came from behind and knocked it out of her arm. When I went over to pick it up out of the yard she ran at me and grabbed me from behind. I turned around immediately and picked her up by her thighs and dropped her right on her back.

so I switched the input from the TV to the VCR, turned the VCR on and turned to ESPN where the game was

so I set a tape box infront of the little LCD screen so it would block the signal from the remote, and sat there infront of it too.

she called us dickheads to her little buddy on the phone. Then I turned the music back up louder

Perhaps you could show her love, caring, rainbows and unicorns. If everyones yelling at her and fighting with her it reinforces her rebellous desires. Your parents are failures at it, be a man and assume the responsibility if you want to truly fix the problem.

Your sister may require a life-changing event such as having a kid in order to focus her. But it's probably not likely. My cousin was like this, only with the rapsheet of the Portland Trail Blazers, a meth and crack addiction, and a drug-dealer/felon of a mother. Having a kid only provided a nuiscence she had to remove before "partying" (doing meth in a hotel with three strangesr is the best kind of party) every night.

When everyone gives up, she certainly won't get anywhere. At least she's not going to skewl, I don't need more students like these at skewl. The good ones already get in the way of a guaranteed plush no-work job as is.

Anyway, this may be the money quote of this thread:

Emphasis mine.

Tell her to come to the NLSC, we have custom titles.

Wed Apr 19, 2006 1:59 am

But she'll have to stop kicking and screaming before she gets a member badge. It's incentive!

Wed Apr 19, 2006 3:23 am

she's 200 pounds right?
tie up her arms and legs and roll her down the stairs

fun for everyone!!

I'm guessing you don't have a sister or a sister you witnessed go through teenage years. This is beyond that. You prolly didn't read my other threads, but she slits her wrists and stuff, dresses like a goth sometimes, and threatens anyone and everyone that empedes on whatever she's doing. I'll give you that the living situation and shit isn't much of a surprise, but what's surprising is that me and my older sister grew up just fine. She's a freshman in college off in Oklahoma, and we've rarely fought.

I wasn't being 100% serious with the prison quote.

She has options like sending her to a relative(she was considering her brother in NJ who's a school teacher). My mom probably doesn't know what to do because she never had to exert a large amount of force to get me and my older sister to do something. But yea, she's way to soft on her imo. The thing is that if my mom tries to get physical or anything, my sister will fight back. My mom isn't in any shape to anyway, she's 57 years old. But she won't get physical because she doesn't wanna fight. My sister sleeps with knives and stuff, so there's no telling what she has on her.

Your mother either does not want to give up on her and relinquish her to state care, which usually is failure. Or she simply wishes to keep that which is "hers" even though she is unable to manage it properly.

She doesn't wanna give up on her.

Are you serious? Number one, a little back kick with my heal on the basketball isn't exactly violent. Number 2, if someone jumps on your back when you're trying to prevent something of yours from getting damaged, are you gonna let them take you down, then get up and give them a unicorn? What do you expect me to do? Number three, woopty do, I wanted to watch TV. Hell, I'm tired of her getting what she wants all the time. SHE HAS A TV IN HER ROOM! Why does she need to occupy that TV? Plus I rarely have something that I wanna sit down and watch as much as I do ASW. Number four, same thing. If my parents aren't gonna take any action or anything, I'm not gonna submit. I'm not gonna give her what she wants too. She's spoiled as it is, there was absolutely nothing that provoked her change.

Your sister may require a life-changing event such as having a kid in order to focus her. But it's probably not likely. I agree there, but that would put so much financial strain on my family I might end up being the one slitting my wrists.

You could either go with sending her to Jackal, or sending her to the deepest part of North Memphis. Hell, even try sending her to Silent Hill. I'm pretty sure she would enjoy that stay

No, I didn't read your other threads, I had better things to do. I don't have a sister who acted like this, but I know I don't know how many teenage (and older...they don't change in college) girls you described.

This groundbreaking study is probably of importance.
I'll give you that the living situation and shit isn't much of a surprise, but what's surprising is that me and my older sister grew up just fine. She's a freshman in college off in Oklahoma, and we've rarely fought.

Well, younger siblings do tend to have "problems" because of their older siblings. The whole "I can't understand how [the younger girl] turned out so poor when [her older sister] is so much better" is so common, it's basically every sibling pair I've ever known.
She has options like sending her to a relative(she was considering her brother in NJ who's a school teacher).

Ew, skewl teachers are terrible human beings. And New Jersey...

Most of that in jest btw...nobody take me seriously on this. (Except maybe the skewl teacher part.)
My mom probably doesn't know what to do because she never had to exert a large amount of force to get me and my older sister to do something. But yea, she's way to soft on her imo. The thing is that if my mom tries to get physical or anything, my sister will fight back.

Well, your mom certainly should not get physical with her. You can exert force without getting physical all the time or at all.
My sister sleeps with knives and stuff, so there's no telling what she has on her.

Sleeping with knives is a bad decision. It's like going to sleep with a pen in your shirt pocket.
Are you serious? Number one, a little back kick with my heal on the basketball isn't exactly violent.

Well, I'm not saying anything about being violent. But it's clear she needs the slighest thing to be provoked.
I rarely have something that I wanna sit down and watch as much as I do ASW.

Ugh. All-Star Weekend.
Number four, same thing. If my parents aren't gonna take any action or anything, I'm not gonna submit. I'm not gonna give her what she wants too. She's spoiled as it is, there was absolutely nothing that provoked her change.

You don't have to give her everything she wants, people do have to set limits or it's unhealthy. The point I'm saying is that if your parents aren't doing anything, then it's even more important that you could especially if she knows they won't. I'm sure in her mind there's many things that provoked her change.
:eh:

It's funny when you think about it.

Well my mom and sister went to court on Tuesday and the Judge decided that he's gonna eat up as much of her summer as he can to make it fair. He gave her 10 days in detention and she'll have to take summer school inorder to pass. Then he threatened her to miss another day of school. She can only miss if she has a written note from the doctor, and the doctor's office is a good 30 miles from here and with gas as high as Snoop Dogg on April 20, my mom's only gonna go if it's an emergency. The Judge wants another courtdate in 2 weeks to evaluate because he doesn't believe she'll be able to stay in school every day.

Sat Apr 22, 2006 6:51 am

Apparently she's screwed (Y) Good news, at last.

Sat Apr 22, 2006 6:52 am

let's hope for the best

Sun Apr 23, 2006 7:26 pm

You've probably tried this but...oh well...

Does she have any hobbies besides PC and Phone?

Maybe set aside one day of the weekend to go somewhere and do something she actually likes. She must have some interest, maybe something you guys dont even know about.

Basically what im suggesting is finding something positive for her to focus her energy on. Something she can really get into. You could even try taking her bushwalking, camping or fishing, she might not like it at first but you never know she might get into it. Something where she can get away from it all, away from the music, away from the crowds of people. IF you guys have a camera you could let her do some photography or something...anyways sure you get the gist of what im trying to say.

Good luck :chug:

I think benji was implying that
not doing anything recreational = posting on a forum.
Or something similar.
