Yeah, crazy Serbs. Not sure what the defending team were doing though. They're either standing still or running away from the ball.

I'm so sick of referees and linesmen. It feels like every game we're fucked over with a bad decision that costs us a goal/penalty.

Suarez is onside by a mile, but the linesman flags him offside. I wonder if he would have flagged if someone other than Suarez had scored the goal...

There's actually a different set of rules for United apparently.

Dive in the box = penalty
Score from an offside position = goal
Lunge two-footed into a tackle = opposition player sent off
Losing game = 10 minutes of added time at the end of the game
Lose game = Ferguson allowed to criticise referees
Another manager criticises referees = Ferguson calls for punishment for undermining referees integrity
Foreign players 'dive' = United's English players don't

It'll be interesting to see how many games they win once Ferguson retires and stops pulling the strings of the referees/FA.

Btw, I loved Suarez's celebration after the first goal. Moyes tried to influence the referees during the week by calling Suarez a diver. So after the goal he ran over and 'dived' in front of Moyes.

Also ironic that his captain was booked for diving in the game.

So sick of dominating possession/shots at goal and not winning games.

Suarez scored another brilliant goal though.

Top scorer in the league. ^ :)

Shame he doesn't have any half decent players around him to take some of the load off his shoulders. Gerrard has been terrible this season and I'm not sure why Sahin isn't playing. That away game against Norwich was brilliant and I really thought our season would turn around after that. At least Lucas is back soon, which may let Allen push further forward and open up defenses with his passing.

We need to buy a few players in January or we'll just end up finishing like 10th or something horrible.

Lionel Messi officially the best goalscorer ever now. Yesterday he broke the 40 year old record for goals in a calendar year.

86 goals in 66 games in 2012. 74 goals for Barcelona and 12 for Argentina in 66 games. Plus he's still got 3 more games this year and will probably add more.

Not sure what to think here. The ballboy shouldn't have gotten involved in the game like he did, but you can't be kicking kids (even if they do deserve it)
Hazard got a red card and will probably get a lengthy ban as well. I suppose he will claim that he was trying to kick the ball out from under the kid but accidentally hit him instead.

Whilst the kid clearly deserved it (i.e. deliberate time wasting), was still a stupid thing for Hazard to do. Now he has to go to my EPL Fantasy League bench (N)

4 goals for the Gunners in 15 minutes today. I'm loving this Giroud-Podolski-Walcott attack. :bowdown2:

Anyone else find it funny that Newcastle are buying the entire French league?

Mathieu Debuchy - Lille - £5.5m
Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa - Montpellier - £7m
Yoan Gouffran - Bordeaux - £1.8m
Massadio Haïdara - Nancy - £2.2m
Moussa Sissoko - Toulouse - £2.2m

After already having Sylvain Marveaux, Yohan Cabaye, Hatem Ben Arfa, Romain Amalfitano and Gabriel Obertan.

And they missed out on Loic Remy because QPR offered him more money.

It's like when Rafa came to Liverpool and we became a Spanish team. Only this is crazy and in one transfer window.

What a game between the Gunners and Liverpool today. Man, I hate Suarez, I hate this guy :| Great comeback from us with Giroud and Theo. It could have gone either way at the end. It's a shame, a point that's no good at all.

I couldn't be bothered waking up at 6am to watch it. I was happy to see a 2-2 scoreline, until I saw that we were leading 2-0 and you scored 2 goals in 2 minutes. :facepalm2:

At least Chelsea and Spurs drew their games. We're only 3 points behind you guys and 7 behind Chelsea in 4th now. I still hold a little hope for Champions League. Agent Benitez is doing a good job bringing Chelsea down from the inside.

Hoping this guy can help get us there, as well as Sturridge. If Suarez keeps scoring the way he is it's not impossible.

English League One soccer side Hartlepool have rarely made international headlines in their 105-year history.

The small town on the north-east coast is better known for electing as mayor a man who dressed in a monkey costume and promised free bananas for school children than its football team.

However, all that changed on Saturday when the aptly-named Peter Hartley and James Poole scored to give their side a vital 2-1 win over Notts County.

It's believed to be the first time two players with monikers that make up the name of their of their team have scored in the same game.

Bayern-Barca? Depends which team you were supporting I guess. We should get used to Bayern dominating Europe though because they'll be doing it for years to come.

They've just announced that they'll sign Mario Gotze from Dortmund at the end of the season. Apparently they could be signing Robert Lewandowski as well. Plus they've got Pep Guardiola coming in as manager too.

What a squad they'll have...

Neuer
Lahm - Dante - Boateng - Alaba
Javi Martinez - Schweinsteiger
Ribery - Gotze - Robben
Lewandowski*

Muller, Gomez, Shaqiri, Kroos, Mandzukic, Pizarro, Rafinha, Luiz Gustavo, Badstuber

I wonder if it means Gomez will be leaving. Wouldn't mind him and his goalscoring at Liverpool, and he was linked a couple of years ago. Probably unlikely though.

I'm not going to defend what he did. It was stupid. He's cost himself the rest of the season and whatever chance he had at winning any awards. Luckily enough (I guess) we've got nothing left to play for so it won't matter too much for the team.

What pisses me off is the fact that the media takes every opportunity they can get to piss all over him just because he's a foreigner. Gareth Bale has dived way more than Suarez this season, yet all you hear is commentators praising him for "jumping out of the way to avoid injury", rather than diving.

Hopefully next season he can keep his anger under control and just let his football do the talking because he is one of the best players in the world when on form.

I mean, yes, from a Bayern POV it was an amazing game. From a Barca point of view it was bad. From a neutral one? Meh, I was hoping much more of a battle from Barca.

Todays game however will decide the winner of CL, in my opinion.

Also, Bayern will be very strong, but Pep is known to be a big spender and his spendings aren´t the greatest. We shall see, I really don`t see the point of him joining though.

Luis Suarez is an amazing player who does some things that make him look dumb.

Where will Bale go to this off-season?
