skiles is the master of drawing up a successful play during a timeout. when he was with the bulls- almost every time coming out of a timeout did the team have a open look at the basket

after Minny- it's vs INdy, @tor, vs Clips. no comment ;)

los Buckos start a tough stretch of games next week. @Dallas, @Spurs, vs Utah. yeesh

There may be hope after all! Bulls will have a hard time with their best player out for 2 months.

Win shares. Their defense takes a huge hit, while Noah's efficient marks are likely replaced by shots chucked by Rose

as long as boozer's shots are inside or at the elbow. the bulls are an average to mediocre outside shooting team and have been for a long time.

what are you basing your claims on?
bulls have been average to terrible in terms of offensive rating since they don't have low post scoring/get to the ft line a lot. if there's one thing they were doing good, it was 3pt shooting. most of the skiles coached teams were top 10 in 3pt shooting. even under Del Negro- i think they were maybe tops the year that they acquired Salmons & MIller

considering Ben Gordon has been their only great 3 point shooter since Steve Kerr and not to mention those great offensive showings they had with their prized free agent acquisition Ben Wallace back in the day, i'd say they have had their fair share of outside shooting woes. thankfully for them rose has been learning quickly in the off sesaon and seems to be an okay shooter from deep. not good yet, i think he'll get there. oh and last season they were 28th percentage wise and was also 29th in attempts so they obviously knew it was a weakness.

ok since you actually were bothered to look at #'s for one year your claim is obviously true that they've can't shoot since the advent of basketball. lol thanks

ben wallace? lol r u grazee? c'mon. may as well say bulls shot blocking was down because they had Steve Kerr

what is this? air gordon talks about the bet?

Bucks vs ATL, @Chicago, vs DAL
Bulls vs Bucks, vs NJ, vs Cle

finally- tuesday 1st matchup of the year. looks like a lot of injuries for the bucks. i don't know who's gonna be playing for them other then Bogut. Bulls have a history of letting scrubs have good games against them. most recently Toney Douglas

Earl Godkins has been great, but the Bucks are bi-polar at this point and only show up to every second game... sooo that means they're due a performance against Chicago. I'll have my money ready either way.

Watching the game pissed me off on a few levels. The Bulls have so many guys who can hit jump shots, the Bucks have virtually none. There's also Asik who as a third string back-up is better than our primary back-up C (well, power forward who plays C when Bogut's on the bench) then to top things off Bogut decides to play like a bitch offensively. No idea how it was as close as that for most of the game.

yeh i was pretty frustrated watching this one. it should have been Scalabrine & James Johnson garbage time but they let Milwaukee hang around all game. i don't know if they were uninterested or what but Bucks could have stole that one if not for consecutive 3's by Rose & Korver in the 4th

The offensive rebound differential was huge. The Bucks unfortunately are all hustle and no talent though so most of those rebounds were for nothing. Pretty sure Bogut missed like 7 tip-ins, Larry Sanders airballed a hook shot etc.

I wish we had Korver. He'd probably save the team lol.

another Bucks VS Bullsgame coming up Monday. again at the U.C.

Delfino's back. anyone else catch those early reports of him having to wear a helmet when he returns? lol

I'm pretty psyched for the Asik/Bogut showdown

I'm more optimistic about this one than the last one. Not sure when Jennings gets back but Maggette's playing pretty well and ball movement always looks better with Delfino on the court even though his shooting sucks atm. Hopefully they can cancel out your $25 because the season record $100 is basically already guaranteed.

the bulls have a penchant for playing down to their competition. they probably have the fewest double digit victories for a winning team
