i am not sure how close i am to the end but it does not feel like the end. even if it was the end once i finish i am just gonna start with another char. after going through the dwarf area i really want to use my dwarf noble

Yeah, I was also surprised that the game was over already. I guess playing on easy mode made it little bit quicker than usual. Besides, I didn't get to play any DLC stuff.

I am thinking I might give mage a try... maybe with elf.

Well from the looks of it the plot may really be short. I'm looking to do the extra quests (Blackstone Irregulars and the like) to extend the gameplay. There will be a new DLC coming this month.

I played the game through in about 70 hours, but I didn't complete all the side quests. 70 hours is huge. I've created a new character now, female human mage. It's kinda better now, since I know how to distribute them skill points, without messing up :P I'll try to do every side quest, so I'm probably looking at another 70h+ playthrough.

You guys still working on this game? Update your story with some pics...

Anyways, here is a part of my accomplishment after the game.

Time Played: 67:51:54 <=== Yeah... StupidBoy, just about as many hours as yours.
Kills: 2336 <=== Party Kills
Kills: 666 <=== Kills by my hero, I don't like this evil number but my hero wasn't anywhere near evil, as she saved the world.
Hit Rate: 91% <=== I think Rogue's skill "Aim" helped a lot.
Greatest Damage Dealt: 444 <=== earned me achievement of heavy hitter
Conversation Initiated: 2034 <=== I told you, lots of dialogues in this game
Codex Entries Discovered: 241 <=== Bet you didn't beat this.
World Explored: 94% <=== I expected 100%, but I guess I missed out on a few areas...

Amount of Dragon Age: Origins Complete: 50%

50%. I guess there's more to it, like the achievements or so. Since I have a heavy workload this semester I'm not able to play a lot, though I've already finished the Circle of Magi and Redcliffe. Currently at the Dalish Elves camp.

i just finished the game with my third character, a warrior/templar/berserker elf, and got a bit bored at the end. my first two characters were messed up. :oops: a good game. (Y)

I'm currently thinking of doing alternate ways to finish the "Cammen's Lament" quest at the Dalish camp. I guess my character's Coercion skill is not enough. :(

you can always persuade cammen to sleep with you. i bet zanshadow/novU did that. :lol: what i did is i just gave him a pelt.

I was deciding between the 2 versions (PC and PS3), and I ended up getting it for the PS3 as I got it for cheap after some price matching). I've heard there's differences between the console version and the PC version, with stuff like battles being harder on PC and the camera view (PC with bird's eye view sorta thing, console with somewhat of an over the shoulder). Has anyone played both versions and want to give in some input?

From what I've seen and read, I think PC version has more to give than consoles'. Major different would be that PC version is more of strategical and requires more thorough thinking, while console version is more of action since it's pretty much from 3rd person camera perspective without little stoppage to bother with. As far as I know, most of game review site gives an edge to PC version anyways.

when i get home i am gonna compare my stats to your zan and see where i stand. i know for a fact i have more play time than you, i just now entered the alienage part of the story and i am sitting at about 74ish hours, somewhere in the 70's anyway. i ended up playing all 6 origins before picking one so its cool to see people i knew from different origins in the game, really makes me want to play through again. ended up going mage this time but will for sure go dwarf noble next.

everyone is mad at me it seems in my game cause i slept with them all (am a female mage) and then dumped them. also i visit the whore house far too often

That's a lot of hours. Don't tell me you read every codex, or dialogue you come across, or it's your DLC that needs more playing time than usual. Rofl. What took much of my playing time was going around and stealing from anyone I see, since Lelinia was maxed out in Steal skills. Just fun getting free stuff, sometime she even stole quest items.

Don't let your wife know about it. :cheeky:

Yes, though I replaced Alistair with Oghren a few dungeons ahead.
