Once saw a National Geographic feature about chimps. They actually showed a male chimp ramming the other male chimp in the ass. *pukes*

Haha  you didn't puke you probably pulled out the Vaseline and rammed your hand. I'm Kidding

One of my dogs keeps humping the other dog, only they're both male. It's a bit disturbing but I hope their children are masculine. Unlike the dogs.

^ That reminded me of the stray cats in our yard. One male cat always gives the other male cat the "blow". I think that was the instant were I realized that homosexuality is more prevalent in this world than I thought it was. And the urge to kill stray cats.

True. As noted by the researcher during that program, It was alpha male chimp that was ramming wussy male chimp. The researcher did state that most of the sexually mature females in that chimp group were pregnant so alpha male chimp had to let out his sexual frustration to wuss chimp.

Your attempts at humour makes the "Vank is gay" jokes appear funny (which it truly is).

Weird I had two female dogs (Retrievers) that humped each other, so that would make my dogs lesbians. :? I think sometimes 'humping' is actually a more playful maneuver at play time for them and it's not actual humping.

Female dogs are very prone to "humping" for whatever reason. Female humans are also more prone to "experiment" with other female humans. The male humping animal stuff is very similar to prison...

The United States is right at replacement level. Europe and Canada is not. It's a bit more than a wee bit of a problem.

From my expierence, and this study was conducted in the most scientific manner. There are two kinds of "out" gays. Those who are gay because they are gay, and those who are gay because it's trendy and in vogue currently. I find this to be more clear in men.

The former, like one of my roommates, are the more pleasant ones. They are more content to just get it on with men than march and rant and rave. They also have a wonderful tendancy to use "gay" like most kids, as in "stupid"...as in "the difficulty of this game is gay."

The latter deserve our scorn because they're the ones that make you hate gays. They're the ones who tend to be overly flaymboyent, constantly offended, and a failure at being straight. (I find most lesbians to be the last two. Not like the movies at all. Unfortunately.) It's more of a show than anything.

Comparing "gay rights" to "civil rights" is absolutely ludicrous. (And almost as ludicrous as comparing it to the French Revolution. Which was a human disaster.) One group desired basic rights, the other wants to get married mainly because they can't and they crave power.

Too many idiots paint the anti-gay marriage movement as anti-gay. But it's clearly not. The US for example is far more evenly split on approval of a gay lifestyle. However, despite this, 75+% still oppose gay marriage in most of the country. Those who believe homosexuality is a sin (or similar thinking) may be a number of people, but it's no more than half those who oppose gay marriage.

Remember, practice may be different from ones beliefs. I'm sure a vast majority still thinks marriage is when you should finally have sex, and then producing lots of children. And raising them. (Irregardless of their real life practices.) Since the welfare state has weakened marriage already, allowing same sexes to marry is seen as another weakening.

Personally, I could care slightly less. If Homer wants to set up a chapel in his garage to marry anything to anything I applaud him for making money. After all, no marriages end happily. 50% end in divorce, and the rest end in death.

There are bigger social problems than gay marriage. Shrinking aging populations, abortion culture and welfare states self-immolation of their societies. These are probably more pressing social issues than whether Repole and KevC can bump ugly in holy matrimony.
But just an interesting note, in Washington, DC (and I believe also in Texas), it is illegal for two men to have sex in the privacy of their own home, yet beastiality is legal.

Lawrence v. Texas.
