I don't know the full story of what happened last night because I was sleep, but here's what I gathered:
I went to bed at 11 last night cuz I was watchin Black.White. and I had school in the mornin. Well, I was sleepin nice and I turned over in my sleep and I heard some yelling. I woke up because the voices were unfamiliar, so as I'm laying there, I realize that there are two police officers in my house.
It's almost 1 am and I'm pretty pissed cuz I can't sleep at all. My sister is runnin off with the mouth at the cops. Turns out what happened (from what I heard, I haven't talked to my mom or dad about it yet, nor my sister, but she wouldn't do nothin but cop an attitude, so Ima leave it where it is) was that she was blasting her music in her room. Keep in mind, its probably around 11:30, 12 am when this was happening. My mom went and asked her to turn it off, but she refused. So, she kept running her mouth to my mom and aggrivating her. My mom is usually cool, but she got upset and threw a laundry basket at her (small square one, almost empty). I don't know what happened from there.
Anyway, my dad came in and asked her to turn it off too. She refused once more and knowing her, she probably cursed at him and all that stuff. So my dad got real mad, and she came off of her bed and he pushed her down on the floor--What I'm saying is coming from my sisters arguement, which is biased moreso than not, i'll have full details tomorrow--. He then got on top of her and started hitting her. She hit him back so he pinned her arms down with his knees and continued hitting her. This sounds very exaggerated, cuz I don't believe my dad would do anything like that.
Anyway, she continued disrespecting the cops and stuff, they were mad. They asked her if she was on any medication and she says "Birth Control".
When I said she was 5'2, 170, I was waaaaay off. She's closer to 200, if not over. She has like the worst eating habits ever. She'll come in like "Uuuuuugh! I'm fat! 
" Then the next day she'll come in with a bag of chips , a soda, some beef jerky, pop-tarts and whatnot. She has a boyfriend, but he doesn't even live near here. He came to visit last week, but his father came and my mom went too, so I seriously doubt they did anything. I can't see anybody in their right mind boning a bitch like her. Anyway, this is disgusting cuz this is my own little (big) sister I'm talkin about, so enough with that. I think she's one of those kids that wants to be a problem child. She wants to say she smokes and drinks, but she's probably smokin 2 cigarettes her whole life and drank a half a cup of Jack Daniels.Anyway, the cops were pretty pissed off and after asking her about her stereo and stuff, they're like "By God, if your parents tell you to throw your stereo out the window, DO IT!" My sister kept arguing with everyone, and the cops are like "send her to bed." So my mom's like "You can go now" but she wouldn't. The cops are then like "if this keeps goin on, i'm gonna take all 3 of you to the station and let you work it out."
Not to mention she's outta school again. We transferred her to our cross-county rival school, and she goes for like a week and stops going. The county ordered a CHINS (Child in-school service) or something like that and she had to go to court. If she doesn't start going to school, they're gonna send her to a church home, and if she refuses then, they'll send her to a place where she doesn't have to go to school, a place we're she'll just wake up and work all day.
