Grr, I sat there trying to figure that shit out for quite some time Dweaver, no more mistakes.

Nick's guess seems to be most promising.

Wed Feb 15, 2006 12:27 am

Not really. Nothing whatsoever to do with the number of women on the bus.

Wed Feb 15, 2006 12:31 am

The fact that, before the 4th stop, there were more men than women on board... The after the 4th stop, there were more women than men... then the tree hit and killed more women than men, which is morally wrong.

That's a really stupid guess.

I dunno.

Wed Feb 15, 2006 12:52 am

Groundbreaking, but wrong.

Hint: Focus on something outside the bus.

Wed Feb 15, 2006 1:01 am

Is there even any relevance to how many men and women get on and off the bus?

If not, He said that because if they hadn't stopped at the fourth bus stop, he wouldn't have been hit by the tree. That riddle pretty much answers itself!

Bah. Wanna take this one Jackal?

Wed Feb 15, 2006 1:03 am

As I said, I'm totally stumped. I did a whole maths thing with the thing & I can't come to any logical answer.

If I'm thinking about something outside the bus, it's either the bus stop or the tree. However why is the baby the only one to survive?

A tree falling, is he in the timber zone orso?

Wed Feb 15, 2006 1:09 am

If not, He said that because if they hadn't stopped at the fourth bus stop, he wouldn't have been hit by the tree. That riddle pretty much answers itself!

See, it was as simple like that. (Y) (Y) (Y)

Nothing better than some junk info to have the mind straying away... :!:

Wed Feb 15, 2006 1:10 am

Maybe there is a storm coming, and had he not wasted time with the 4th bus stop, he would've beaten it??

Hey, it's worth a try! (Y)

EDIT: Wooo! I can't believe that was the answer. I said that as a joke! Wooo! I got one! Woooo!

Wed Feb 15, 2006 1:22 am

Wasn't that simple?

Now, on to the next simple one:

In 1990, a person is 15 years old. In 1995 that same person is 10 years old.
How is this possible?

Wed Feb 15, 2006 1:25 am

In 1990 B.C. that person is 15, in 1995 B.C. that person is 10.

1995 - 1990 = 5.

15 - 5 = 10.

See, stick to the easy ones, that storm one had me racking my brain on something that was simple. Garrh. :x

Damn Jackal, your good! I did this a couple days ago in school..forgot some answers :x

Wed Feb 15, 2006 3:33 am

If it was asked one by one, I'd write some stupid stuff down, but given your brain knows most of the questions are trick questions, you know you have to keep shit simple.

Wed Feb 15, 2006 3:35 am

Yup, we do these types of riddles once a while in class..i was hesitating, trying to get the riddle down before you  even though i got like half of them wrong and you got pratically got every question right..

Wed Feb 15, 2006 3:38 am

You got 9. Still very good.

4. None, there is an in in inning.

There are six. 3 for each team. That was not a word trick question.

6. 3 + 10 = 13 or 0 + 10 = 10.

30/(1/2) = 30*2 = 60. Add 10 to that and you have 70.

Wed Feb 15, 2006 3:44 am

Woopsie, as I said before, I know very little of baseball.

The other one was just plain stupidity on my part, not reading.

I thought it was a trick & split 30 in two, giving me a 3 & a 0.

Wed Feb 15, 2006 3:44 am

Shit, you guys are good  I've never been good at riddles, and it's always impressive looking at how you guys came up with the answers.

Wed Feb 15, 2006 3:47 am

Oh yea, there are six innings! damn i got 6

Wed Feb 15, 2006 9:48 am
