Yea, it's gone a little too far now don't you think? If its so funny to make fun of slavery and things like that then since most of the people in the twin towers were white when 9/11 happen is it ok for blacks to make jokes all the time about that tragedy? No, its not ok and I know most of the people on this board would say its not ok. Also, when the tragedy in New Orleans happened, I didn't see Riot going around trying to bring the whole world together like he did when the 9/11 tragedy happened mainly because New Orleans had mostly black people in their city.

It's a difference between making a few racist jokes then leaving it alone, but to keep going is a little too far and I bet everybody on this board that isn't black wouldn't say or do anything racial around a black thug in person and don't say you would because I know you wouldn't. And when I say a black thug, I mean a true black thug kind of like Stanley "Tookie" Williams in his prime and for anybody that don't know who that is he is the founder of the "Crips" gang. Maybe that person would take you light the first time, but if you kept doing racist things like the way most of you are doing now over and over again, you would either be dead or hurt in someway. So I wasn't really taking this personal at first, but its getting out of hand. I also know when one racial joke starts, its either Riot starting it or he is going to end up in it sooner or later and I'm 100% sure Jae would laugh at the racial jokes because he has laughed just about everytime this has happened on this site and then you get threads like this put in the Hardwood Classics thread just like that dynasty thread that had "nigger" written a bunch of times in it.

No, it is not ok to make fun of slavery. But when am I making fun of slavery? Sticks and stones. None of you were even alive when slavery happened. I get called racial slurs by black people all the time, but you don't see me throwing a hissy fit about it.

I donated over $200 to the Red Cross to go to help the victmis. I was going to go down to Mississippi to help the recovery but I had school and I wasn't allowed to go. I went on all my sim leagues and made a post telling people to donate.

And this gives me the perfect stage to say how stupid some people are reacting to Katrina. I mean, the problem with Katrina was more social status than race status. This black woman was on Good Morning America today saying that the government was racist because most of the people stranded were black people. Well...DUH! Most of the city is black! And then earlier (a couple of months ago) they asked this lady if she thinks race was involved and she said (and I quote): "Well I'm black and it effected me so yeah." What the hell? That doesn't mean anything.

As for the ILLEGAL MEXICAN movie, sure it was "mean" but those guys were illegal. Funny as hell. Maybe people like me aren't the reason why we have so much "racism" in this country. Even though it's taken in a humorous context, there's subtle differences between racist jokes that poke fun at stereotypes, and racist jokes that makes references to infamous moments in history.

For example, making a racist joke relating to black people as criminals or gangstas play on the stereotype, and I find that appropriate humor as long as "nigger" is not used, since that's a degrogatory term. As for the aspirin picking cotton joke, even though I've heard and laughed at that joke, it is crude and offensive humor (crude humor makes me laugh, but I wouldn't dare say it to anybody) since it references to slavery which was not a fun time... and neither was the Holocaust.

Even though some of these jokes shouldn't be on the message board, I think some of Riot's actions or even Jae laughing at the cartoon (which was excellent creative humor for those who do get it) shouldn't be singled out as those responsible for all of this.

The cartoon wasn't even making fun of black people, it was making fun of the KKK and Jihadists...unless we have some of those in here, too.
