the frame size that i see it in is 200x130, and i miss about half the video(size), although from what i see, its nice and the quality is very good. good job.

try this converter to convert .wmv to .avi, then use Ulead GIF Animator to convert .avi to .gif...

how do you convert avi to .gif in ulead?

Im guessing that you just save it as .gif instead of .avi
