To tell ya the truth, its looks bad, add more details.

the wordmark and number look messed up..especially the black outline..
and yeah, more details would improve it..

Not bad, but i think something is wrong with it though

It's been said before somewhere. You can't really make (or comment on) a jersey switch made on a small image.

Small images mask mistakes, making it easier to make the switch and making the switch itself look bad.

Always use high-quality, high-resolution images for your switches. And I'm not talking just about the main image, but also the numbers and wordmarks' images. If you would've used high-res images for the number and wordmark on your Sheed switch, it wouldn't have looked that bad.

i see minor faults in all three..
KG's switch is good when i first looked at it..but i noticed the blurred part on his left (his left) shoulder..
kobe is good..it's just that the right part of the jersey looks a lot larger than the left..
pierce's, as Joe' said, is a bit small and we can't really make a comment on small images.
but i can really see improvement in your works..

KG Switch - looks good, but jersey number could be improved
KB Switch - Word and Number sticks out too much, blend it more so that it'll be more realistic or blur it.
T-Mac - Upper side not realistic, number could be imprved, change it to 34...

Overall a 8/10

I find the KG one the best among the recent three. I can say that you have the skills. I think the UTAH wordmark and the number 8 on the Kobe switch is too big.

And the Sheed one, I think that you got the wordmark from Live 06. You could've distorted it a bit though to fit the jersey better.

I don't know a lot about photoshop editing, but, can you improve Carter's head?

KOBE AND PEJA, GOOD ONES, OTHERS HAVE mistakes @ the numbers and letters...

One thing about Peja, that the number looks little odd IMO, I like Kobe, but it´s weird to see him in C´s uniform.

Great Job! I think the Iverson switch and Peja switch are the best.
