Come on man. Who are you kidding? Your Celtics wall looks like something my 6 year old cousin would make by clicking random buttons in photoshop. I know anyone can get better, but I think it's fair to say that your eye for design is in need of LASIK surgery.

That answers my question already. If your PC can handle Photoshop CS2, then it's worth buying. You can also find tutorials on the net, and for me it is better to study Photoshop on your own.

Those photos you've posted above aren't bad, though the colors do remind me of MS Paint (including the "LIVE") text on the other pic you posted.
