I had one a while back but that was way too hard to do, I don't think a Sims story alone would be too much work. I remember one @ nbalive.org too, it was funny

you dont have to do much. I will create you on what features you want.
here is a sample list of features that you can choose from:

Skin color - i think it is light, medium light, medium dark, and dark. or something like that
hair colour
hair style
facial hair and color
everyday outfit - sugest something that you would wear, and i will try and find something close to it
other outfits(optional)
Star sign
aspiration - family, fortune, romance, knowledge, popularity
preferred career path - eg. athletic, business, science, culinary, criminal, law inforcement, medical, military, politics, slacker.

if anyone can think think of any more. please let me know
