Rapping Beat

Does anybody know how to create a rap beat on the computer?

There are many music creating programs for that.

You can buy samples and loops. I recently bought like 15,000 of these loops and samples and made beats from EBay but i didnt want it so i (if you interested) i could sell it to you.

I have that on my computer. It's techno-based, but i don't see any reason why rap couldn't made with the beat creator it has inbuilt into it.

i found fruity loops to be really confusing and stupid

Bout $50 is what id give them for but it would gor for a LOT because it has drum kits and a whole bun ch more.

Fruity loops doesn't create beats though. It just uses pre-recorded loops. And Fitzy i don't know what you're talking about, "confusing", it's the simplest loops program out there.

i don't know if you can use Audacity to make beats
I think its just recording and organizing the sounds in a song

I use Reason 3.0 great program lots of instruments...costs very much to get it legally

The forst thing you gotta do is set the tempo on the top. Usually for a good rap beat its in the 90's or 80's. Then you gotta go to the left and find a drumkit or instrument that you like and drag it to the middle. Click on where you want the sound to go. You got to play around with it until you find your style. I like making a lot of drum rolls.

are there any other places i could get more instruments

i like the clap, kick, and the snaping sounds)
