Well , how do you guys handle problems or stress? Personally playing/watching basketball works alot for me. When I'm angry I'm ALOT more agressive and alot better. It doesn't help all the time , but most of the time it gets my mind off everything. Yea , I'm just curious because I want to know what you guys do to handle your anger/stress. As some of you may know she is still in my mind and its stressing me out , even though its been 2-3 months already . I want to try other things to get her off my mind because playing ball isn't helping . Anyways its not about me, so just post what you guys do and I might try them . Thanks...

Well my dad has a punching bag and every time im angry i beat the shit out off the bag,makes me fell a lot better and more relaxed.Or i get some action games and keep playing them in my free time.And im not angry anymore and i fell great :D

hmmm... handlin stress is kinda hard. the best way is to solve the things that makes u anger or stress u up but this cant be done most time coz the society works on its own and u cant change it all alone. the only way i know is to disconnet/distract myself doin/watchin things i like. for me it partially works watchin
sports. at least for a period of time i can hang up and to not think bout the things that makes me anger. havin a decent girlfriend helps a lot. also the good times spent with friends make a good support.

I usually flip on the news or some 9/11 video and that usually reminds me that whatever problem I'm facing really isn't that big of a deal.

for me- lifting weights just angers me more

i like to do some form of cardio (biking, jogging, swimming) and reading the paper or a book to relieve stress. also sometimes drinking and/or smoking

It helps some people to write about their problems. Basketball sometimes works for me, unless I keep missing, then I get really pissed. (N)

Read books or listen to music.
Books really help, go get the ones that actually talk about situations similar to yours. (Y)

Watching basketball triggers stress for me. I think sleeping is probably the best route for handling problems.
