Weight Lifting

Postby ShAuN on Sun Mar 05, 2006 12:06 pm

Ive been weight lifting for about 8 months now but I go on that on-off schedule. I just started up again though. Right now, I rotate every night. Like tonight Ill do Curls, Reverse Curls, Lat Extensions and pushups. I cant remember what else Im supposed to be doing. Then tomorrow, Ill Bench Press, Military Press, Bent Row, Flys and situps.

I was just wondering who else weight lifts? And do you have a good routine, I kind of want to switch it up a bit. And also, Im just curious how much can you bench with just one try??? The most Ive gotten is 130lbs. But I usually do 4 sets of 10 with 80lbs.

for a 15 yr old to bench 350..you'd have to be a odd looking mother. No way you can be regular height and weight and do that.
