Giving them a death sentence will be doing them a favour, years in prison send you to hell and make you stay there rather than going to hell straight up...unless he gets kept on death row for many years which happens to some people, no big worries of being someones bitch but the guards can be killer.

But considering hes a Juvenille the maximum I see him getting for this is 15-18.
