wow...

The newest episodes were a disappointment for me. The James Woods one was alright, but the cast-away one sucked. It had it's good moments, but the entire episode just felt forced somehow..
I still believe that season 3 was the last great season; its gone downhill ever since.

I haven't seen the new episodes of American Dad yet, but season 1 wasn't quite what I expected. I was hoping it'd be like a mix between Family Guy and King of the Hill (that would've been sweet), yet it was like Family Guy but without the 'mojo'..

Family guy was fuinny, especially the one where they play the gussing game, and Lois asks Peter what a fire truck's coulour is, and peter says,"Man...this is tough, what colour are those big red trucks...this is soo hard"..man i was laughing hard

lol, another funny one was when brian worked for stewie, the compliment sandwich. "something Good, something good...you look like snoopy, that makes me smile. (in a really cheesy voice)" hmm something bad. "you have smelly dog farts" Hmm something good, something good..."Oh you really impressed the cincinatti rep last week" *cuts to flashback of brian talking to stewie in a disguise*
the classic one i guess has to be the coolaid man one where he just busts in and says "OH YEAH!!!" knowing about it kinda took a bit of the funniness away from it, but its still funny nonetheless.

Family guy is my favorite animated show of all time . It's classi even though it has weekened in the new episodes. And the movie was horrible!!!! It had its moments but then other than that it sucked soo much ass.VERY VERY dissapointing.

I thought the movie was great. The idea was good and they executed it well. There was a couple times where the joke didn't work, but I still really liked it.

I did see one realyl funny episode of American Dad where the wife runs off (I missed the beginning, don't know how it happened) and ends up getting together with the daughters boyfriend. Then Stan says to the daughter "I know! Let's get back at them by dating each other...wait a minute, daddy didn't think that one through." I was rolling.

I'd say the second and third seasons are the best, not hands down but better than the rest. Fifth season has started ...doubtfully, and American Dad s02 has whooped it's ass so far.

american dad started out crap for me, but after a few episodes i really got into it, now i love it

as for family guy, ive loved it since forever :P its hard in aus cos i get the dvds so late, and have to download every episode... but you know

the newest one (502) is possibly the best of the new series (4), especcially the bit with kobe in it, its a pisser

the next question is way better: "peter, say what"

and peters like "i wanna say who...."
and then he goes through his thought process which involves the fantastic 4, steak and small side of peas...

American Dad sucks.
Its like "Family Guy Lite" except... less funny... and no Peter... and no Lois.
Ok I take that back, it just plain sucks.

^ "And to think Brian, I was like a day away from having sex with you. I was gonna push those beds together and take you around the freaking world, Brian! Hehe, but a nice pat on the head is just as good huh?"
The two "You wan't your ball?" skits was pretty nice as well.

In my opinion I think Family Guy is probably the best show on TV right now. I don't think Perfect Castaway was one of the best episodes though. I'd say probably Road to Rhode Island is the best episode they ever made. For season 4 and 5, I'd say Cleveland Loretta Quagmire.

As for American Dad, I think it's getting better every episode. Season 2 for American Dad has been WAY better than Season 1.
Bored.
