Sweating like a peadafile in a playground

It's hot.

Anyways, that has nothing to do with what i wanna talk about. It's after christmas, and i have 150 bucks and will probably have 250 after i see nan and pop. And since i barely have this much money. I want to spend it wisely. Last time i had money like this i blew it in one shot on an xbox.

What to spend it on?! Help me out.

I was thinking of buying some cymbals for my drum kit. They could come in real handy. In fact that's probably top of my list right now... unless i can think of something better.. or someone can suggest something that tickles my fancy.

And since the world doesn't revolve around me (*sigh*) We might aswell talk about what YOU'RE spending your xmas money on.

save it for nba street v3, and save it for next year for ps3

Sun Dec 26, 2004 4:40 pm

Nah nah, not wasting money on anything to do with video games this year. I've already done that enough. As long as gamecopyworld.com exists, and i have a chip in my xbox, i'll be copying my games until i have a steady money flow coming in.

Although i might buy GTA: San Andreas. Is it even out on xbox?

I think nick already has a Tickle me Amare doll, that also comes with the standard rim and ball hitting olowakandi bitch doll. :)

Yeh buying video games (N) sux now. I always spend money on guitar accessories. Since u're a drummer you should go for the extra cymballs and stuff (Y).

 @ 1st para.

Yeah go for the drum stuff, I used to buy video games but it's just a mass waste of money.

How nice of you to ask... I'm spending my Xmas money on other people... well, the money I have anyways. Not all of it is Xmas related.

Sun Dec 26, 2004 9:24 pm

I'd say you should spend it on the cymbals if that's what you want...
I don't really see a better way of spending it except for on charity, but we all know that they use that money for porn, so why bother....

I'm going to spend my (very little) money on trying to get my drivers licence in the near month...

Sun Dec 26, 2004 10:31 pm

hookers, weed and beer....can't go wrong there

Sun Dec 26, 2004 10:34 pm

Very creative guys. Buy the cymbals. (Y)

Nah j/k, thanks for the response.

The only problem i have with buying cymbals is it cost about 200+ for a good one... and i already have three (including the hi hat)... so that's basically less satisfying than buying a video game hehe as it's so expensive for what is basically a small addition. Especially since the drum kit cost me only 350 bucks 2nd hand, and i've spent about that much or more on repairing or upgrading. Ah well.

Any more suggestions, chaps?

Edit: Lol Matt.

upgrade your computer?
hehe for that amount of money you could get a decent processor and motherboard.

Sun Dec 26, 2004 10:39 pm

Holy shit you're right... And maybe NBA Live 2005 will actually run decently... and not have the framerate of reading a book!!!

Sun Dec 26, 2004 10:46 pm

You can't get a good processor and mobo for $250...I would get the cymbals...I got a brand new Ludwig drumset this christmas and it kicks ass!!! Definetly go with the cymbals!!!

Sun Dec 26, 2004 10:50 pm

Well duuu
You didn't think off that before. It's probably the most obvious answer. I can't believe you didn't think of that before. Hookers! (y)

Same here actually. That's probably why I'm spending mine on other people. Though knowing my luck, as soon as it's all gone I'll think of something I desperately want.

Save the money. Buy something that makes you learn to earn much more money, ie, a book on investments.

Mon Dec 27, 2004 8:43 am

Put it in the bank, get a bond, invest it.

Or spend it on cheap alcohol and hookers. You know, whatever works.

Mon Dec 27, 2004 8:47 am

save it. you don't have to spend it just because you have it.
