Next-Gen Gaming for the PC

With the recent nba 2k9 for the pc by 2k sports porting it from the xbox 360 version it has brought us a whole new way of gaming on the pc. The graphics and gameplay are amazing. Hopefully this will open the doors for more next-gen titles such as NCAA Football, NCAA Basketball, MLB 2k, NBA Live, and Madden. I hope the makers and creators of the games i listed put those out on the pc by porting it from the 360 or ps3. If they do then it would mean a whole new world of gaming and bring the glory back to us pc users.

So you're just talking about current gen sports games. Not current gen games (Far Cry 2, Dead Space, etc.) in general.

You mean EA Sports?

well, those games would be great to but you can already get those to look like next gen with an excellent graphics card. For example you can't get live 08 the pc to look like live 08 on 360. But you can get far cry 2 on the pc to look like the 360 version with a good graphics card.

That's because EA has continued to port their PS2 games.

But you can get far cry 2 on the pc to look like the 360 version with a good graphics card.

Because it's the same game.

But you can get far cry 2 on the pc to look much better than the 360 version with a good graphics card.

Why call it next-gen? It's just PC graphics.
