TNA Impact should slaughter the Smackdown series as far as gameplay goes.

It doesn't sound all that revolutionary to me but it will probably deliver the goods. I don't have very high standards when it comes to wrestling games, I don't mind if they're a bit arcade in nature. I'm usually only bothered by flaws in story mode and CAW depth.

Competition will change the SvR series. This could be the video game that will finally make Cory Ledesma think that he's talking the same shit every year.

It depends. For the person who prefers WWE above all other promotions, it may not really provide any competition.
