From this artical, it sounds like 2K4 is trying to be more like Live 2003.

Yeah i got nba 2k3 and played it alot. It was a good game and better than live overall. Its a shame they're going down the arcade route.. oh well ill just have to stick with live for 20004

Ya, i would of stayed wit live anyway cause i don't think nba 2k4 is coming on pc, and i don't have a ps2, xbox, or gamecube, hell i stuck on 64, lol. But i like computer better, cause whenever i was playing 64 when it was new and top of the line, my older sisters always wanted to watch t.v. and crap so they always kicked me off and they got to watch TV, so.... but still i have played ps2 quite a bit and i still like computer, so ya.... but that is kinda too arcadish, like they said the whole game was like a fast break, sure it would be fun but still, no half-court offence, so no like posting up shaq and crap, huh...

funny it says they recieved complaits about nba 2k3 that it was too much a sim and we have been arguing that nba live 2003 is to arcadish, lol, now this year for nba live 2004 we are supposily getting more of a sim, and they(nba 2k4 players) are getting more of an arcade, lol.

Yeah that AI is ridiculous. Pierce is good and Duncan's face is perfect except the outdated hair.

downloading that right now... almost done............90%....done, holy crap.... that looks cool.... players kinda burly but not big deal. The way they shoot looks weird.... well i don't have a ps2 so i can't get it...but i'll stick to nba live anyways...

how is the gameplay ? a game that has iverson looks perfect doesnt make it a real deal.as i know till 2k2 i played sega series which always was better(dreamcast) how is the new one better than live ? :cry:
