There's an 'other games' section where college game questions are welcome. It's near the bottom of the forum sections list. (Y)

Yeah that's no problem at all. Just keep the signature rules in mind when you're creating it.

Okey, Andrew, i will not break the sig rules anymore. I ask about the NLSC logo cause i was thinking of creating sig out of it.

You haven't broken the signature rules at all. There's no problem with you using the NLSC logo in a new signature, I was just reminding you to keep that new signature within the limits as specified by the rules. Sorry for any confusion.
